Home remedies foe chubby cheeks:- 1) Rose water and glycerin (rub them over your cheeks at night time). 2) Honey (make a paste by mixing 1 tsp. Of honey along with papaya. This is apply during morning). 3) Aloe vera (message your cheeks with aloe vera gel for 10 to 15 mins.). 4) Milk (consuming 1 glass of milk twice a day for 3 months). 5) Eat healthy foods (oats, cheese, nuts, seeds). 6) Crab rich foods (bread, rice, pasta). 7) Drink enough water. 8) Get quality sleep. Do some exercise:- 1) Facial yoga 2) Cheek pressing 3) Push up 4) Upper cheek exercise 5) Moisturize cheeks.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Try to find out what is causing you pain -- it is any food. Do stool test r/e & culture.. Avoid fast foods/cold-drinks. Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. • Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes. hello.... take homeopathic medicine:- balladona 30 ( 3 drops three times a day ) sabadilla 30 ( 3 drops three times a day) make a gap of 15 mins between above medicines.... Take it for one week..... Start with any physical activity during the day like walk/ jog/ running etc. Take regular and frequent meals at two hourly. morning breakfast should be on time. take high fiber and low carbohydrate diet. plenty of water will be helpful. make a regular check of your weight

The only safe way is to shave it regularly... gradually it will become thicker...other hormonal treatments are very harmful and better avoid that.

There is no benchmark age for hair to turn white. Hair color is drastically affected by bodily health status, ethnic heritage, diseased conditions, hormones and stress. Hair turned grey merely due to less or no production of melanin. Each hair has a separate melanin supply in the body. Medical Conditions leading to gray hair-
1.Thyroid Disease: An underactive or overactive thyroid can affect the melanin production in the hair which can cause premature greying
2.B12 Deficiency: Deficiency of B12 has also been linked to premature greying of hair.
3. Vitiligo: Vitiligo is a disease that is caused when the pigment producing cells in your skin and hair are damaged. Once the cells in your scalp are damaged, melanin production is reduced  and hair begins to turn grey.

Your normal weight according to your height is 77 kg. To increase weight eat more food more frequently. Use bigger plate. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Include more sweet potato with white potato, chikoo, mango, banana, grape etc with other dense fruits and vegetables. Eat more fish, egg, lean meat, peanut, cottage cheese, almond, walnut, ghee, butter, cream, cake, chocolate etc. Use more healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, canola, refined vegetable oil etc. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink lots of water but not just before and during meals. Take proper sleep.

Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. You cannot just not eat or skip meals. This will lower metabolism and increase weight further. Skipping meals will cause acidity and headaches too. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.

Plse advise ways to drop the high bp. In morning after getting m getting bp of 140, 135. Kindly advise the ways to reduce. 7 weeks back my bp has shouted to 160 doctor has prescribed metzok 50, however after taking that felt bit headache, night mare and body was felt dull all day long. Consulting cardiologist have changed the medicine to telma 40 feeling better now. Hi, you are a prehypertensive Strictly following life style modification can revert your bp back to normal in a few weeks. 45 minutes of strenous exercise should be done daily, 30 minutes of jogginng should be done, eat low sodium food. Drink plenty of water, avoid egg yolk and red nmest.
