Hi,
I have too much hair falling problem please suggest some medicine to get new hair please.
Massage any of the hair oils onto your hair and scalp by applying light pressure with your fingertips. Do this at least once a week.
2. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process three to four times a week.
Constitutional homeopathic medicine will give you best result.

It's takes time. Do blood tests - MPDA, CBC,Dengue NS1 to confirm diagnosis. Take paracetamol tab only. We need to know reason of fever 1st. Then,proper treatment can be started. Meanwile have 5-6 lit water in a day.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...ao take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day for medicine contact on private chat.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. Dear Lybrate User, Pimples/ Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) Excess sebum production due to androgens 2)Excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3)Infection of Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes ) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) Local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of P. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire On entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Hello, Before going for any one of them can try homoeopathic medicines for 2-3 months and see the difference. Apply Homoeopathic medicine – Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin). Also take Causticum 200 orally twice daily for 4 weeks.

Dietary and other lifestyle changes can help you control and prevent high blood pressure. Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm hg. This eating plan is known as the dietary approaches to stop hypertension (dash) diet. Get plenty of potassium, which can help prevent and control high blood pressure. Eat less saturated fat and total fat. If you're overweight, losing even 3 kgs can lower your blood pressure. Strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Hello thank you for posting on lybrate I appreciate your concern regarding hair fall. Hair fall is usually ascribed to multiple factors like diet and nutrition, hormones, stress, acute or chronic medical conditions, drugs, cosmetic products etc. Since you have not mentioned relevant history and description like pattern of hair loss (patchy/diffuse), family history etc, its difficult to put a definitive diagnosis. Still, it seems you are suffering from either androgenetic alopecia (due to hormones and genetically determined) or telogen effluvium (due to any recent stressful event or any other medical condition) if I were your dermatologist/trichologist, I would like to take through history including family history, history of recent major trauma /illness/ stress/ medications etc, and recommend some basic investigations like cbc, blood sugar, thyroid function test. Also some other special tests like trichogram and dermoscopy can aid in diagnosis and prognosis. I would suggest you a course of oral tablets containing biotin and other essential vitamins and minerals (tab. Follihair new) for minimum 6 months. Also, would put you on solution containing 5%/10% minoxidil once a day and a hair serum/gel containing peptides for hair growth at night.(q sera, grocapix etc). I would advise use of gentle shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil twice a week. Also enquire from your dermatologist about upcoming treatment options like mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma. Avoid combing in wet hair and let them dry by wrapping in towel. Avoid blow dryers and hair-color/dyes. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your routine life. Hope your queries are resolved and wish you best of health. Hi. Psoriasis is a long-lasting autoimmune disease characterized by patches of abnormal skin.[3] these skin patches are typically red, itchy, and scaly. For pimples take Tabs Hepar sulphuris pentarkan (DR WILMAR SHAWBE) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Tab biochemic 20(SBL) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day include fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads in diet. Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day. Don't use soaps on face. Use mild facewash. Revert back for further treatmant plan

Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Professional cleaning along with few medicines will surely help you. There is no natural way as such. But your home care will be able to maintain health throughout life. "Disease prevention requires proper nutrition. Do you ask yourself - I want to lose weight or I want to lose fat? Are you aware that both are not same? Weight loss includes muscle loss as well. Or worse, weight loss can be loss of health! But fat loss is just fat loss. So how can you avoid loss of health, vigour and muscle while you really reduce fat/weight?

Follow these simple ways to lose only what you should:

-Avoid all fried, baked and high fat items like cakes, biscuits, ice creams. These food items are the number one culprits for fat accumulation.

-Avoid consuming items having simple sugars like chocolate, candy or other sweet items. Ultimately these simple sugars get converted into body fat.

-Avoid junk food. One burger gives you as many calories as a meal, but not as much nutrition or the feeling of satiety. As a result you end up eating more burgers or pizzas adding empty calories and increasing your body fat.

-Increase proportion of protein in diet but be careful to simultaneously decrease animal fat, trans-fat and total fat. This is best achieved by mixing soybean in food preparations.

Hello, you may rule out pregnancy with a serum beta hcg test. If the hcg levels are less than 3mIU then she is not pregnant.

Do hot fermentation. Stop eating chilled and sour food. Do some yoga and exercise everyday. Medication. Raasnadi guggul 2-2-2 maharaasnadi kadha 2 spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water. Amritaadi guggul 2-2-2 all for 6 months.
