Dear lybrate user, acne is a very common problem. -Firstly you need to keep your face clean from all the dirt and grime. -Wash your face with a good face wash (with tea tree oil) twice a day. -Dont vigorously rub it . -Scrub you face atleast once a week to remove dead skin cells. -Apply aloe vera gel -Drink plenty of water. -do regular exercise to help open your pores. All these steps will help you decrease the pimples but if the cause is something else then you should take homoeopathic treatment it can be cured permanently with it. take care

I think you are going through a lot of stress these days.I will advise you to do early morning stress bursting exercises especially Bramari Pranayam along with below given homoeopathic medicines SEPIA 200 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops today night and leave this medicine as such. from tomorrow onwards start taking below given medicine GINSENG 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water 3 times daily Report after one week. Over-Eating Healthy Foods - Of course, 1200 calories from burger and French fries aren?t the same as 1200 calories from nutritious foods. Hello, here are some tips to increase your weight, but most important is your confidence. Your looks don't define you, your talent does, so cheer up and go with the confidence for your interviews: ok so let's talk about weight gain, healthy weight gain: eat more often. Frequent meals. Min 6 meals in a day. Increase your protein intake. Have nuts, eggs, soyabean, soya paneer, cheese, milk. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and can affect your appetite. Eat plenty of calories at each meal. In between you meals you can have nuts or milkshakes. Like banana milkshake, chikku milk shake. Get quality sleep. Heavy stress can also affect your weight gain. Avoid stress. Keep your body hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Try to avoid junk and fried foods. They can affect your metabolism and can cause you to gain fat instead of muscles.

Ankle pain usually occurs because of injury in young age and most of the time because of ligament injury. To heal ligament injury use ice pack 25 minutes three times in a day for one week and stabilize ankle by crap bandage. Take ultrasound therapy over painful area. Remember if you don't have history of any injury don't take this treatment, send complete history of your problem.

Hi. What medicine you are taking for reducing uric acid. Avoid more protein foods, avoid cold drinks. You can send reports kft, urine r/m, cbc, r a factor, s. Calcium and do pvt consultation for better advise. Drink 6 glass of water in a day.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hi irregular period is alarming sign for uterine health and may become one of the cause infertile in future early and natural treatment is required, hormonal therapy has many side effects. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. of age in males and 18yrs. in females, Medication: Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! Eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin D. Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin D can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! Apart from these: -Exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -Sleeping is the time when your body grows, Get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -Avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -Always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (You can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Green tea
Green tea is the most popular remedy which promotes weight loss. According to studies at penn state revealed that a compound named epigallocatechin-3-gallate (egcg) found in green tea helps to slow down the weight gain. The egcg increase the body's ability to use fat and also limits the fat absorption, also green tea is enriched with nutrients such as vitamin c, selenium, carotenoids, chromium, zinc and other minerals. Drinking 4 cups of green tea daily helps to combat obesity.

Lemon juice
Lemon juice is another effective remedy for obesity. On the first day, the patient should be given nothing but plenty of water. On the second day, the diet should consist of 3 lemons mixed with an equal amount of water. Subsequently increase lemons to 12 per day and then the number of lemons should be decreased in the same order until 3 lemons are taken in a day. First 2- 3 days patient may feel weak, after that his condition will stabilize.


Cabbage
