इसके अलावा, आप घरेलू उपचार, जैसे आंखों पर ककड़ी के स्लाइस रखना, का उपयोग विश्राम करने की प्रक्रिया को बढ़ाने के लिए कर सकते हैं।
5. नियमित आंखों की जांच कराएँ:
यह सुनिश्चित करने के अलावा कि चश्मा या कॉन्टैक्ट लेन्स के लिए आपका दवा का पचा॔ अद्यतन हैं, नेत्र स्वास्थ्य बनाए रखने के लिए नियमित रूप से आंखों की जांच आवश्यक है। मोतियाबिंद और ए.एम.डी जैसे गंभीर नेत्र परिस्थितियों में से अधिकांश का इलाज आसानी से और सफलतापूर्वक किया जा सकता है, अगर निदान और इलाज जल्दी से किया जाता है। यदि बिना-इलाज छोड़ा जाता है, तो इन रोगों से गंभीर दृष्टि हानि और अंधापन हो सकता है।

Mental State - 5 Ways It Impacts Sexual Health

Sex is not only a physical need, sex is a great way to emotionally bond and get closer to your partner as well. Any dissatisfaction in the bedroom can affect other aspects of your life, and can lead to fights, squabbles and general unhappiness. The inability to orgasm can become a major bone of contention. There can be various reasons behind the inability to climax. Some of the common ones are detailed below:

1. Lack of stimulation
Studies show that only 25% of women reach climax during sexual intercourse. The remaining 75% of women require more stimulation, like fingers or even toys and tongues to reach orgasm. Amongst this is a subset of 10-15% of women who never reach orgasm. Thus, a large number of women require extra stimulation to achieve climax during sex. You must talk to your partner about putting in some extra effort and providing the extra stimulation you need to achieve climax.
2. Over-thinking
Many men and women over-think their actions in bed. From their expressions to how they are reacting and how they are making their partner feel - everything is under constant scrutiny and revision. This leads to a lot of stress, which can hinder your ability to reach orgasm. You need to relax in the bedroom, because whatever you do will feel good in some way or another. Your anxieties can also distract you from what is going on, which means you don't get the chance to fully experience the pleasures of sex. If it helps, speak to your partner about your anxieties and tell them what you are stressing about during sex.
3. Differences between men and women
Men are visual creatures. This means that what they see turns them on. A woman's orgasm, on the other hand, happens in her head. Thus, men and women have different roots to their stimulation. Lack of an orgasm might mean either of these needs isn't being fulfilled. A great way to work around this and make sex more fun is to include a lot of foreplay in your love-making session. You can do this by trying out role-playing or using sex toys. Make sure to take it slow for a great build-up to your orgasm.
4. Performance issues
Porn has an impact on your sex life. It can increase your expectations to a considerable extent, which may not be fulfilled, thus hampering your experience in the bedroom. A lot of people become so focused on reproducing that experience that they forget that its real life. The focus on performance overwhelms their actual experience of sex, which results in an inability to reach orgasm. Try to accept the fact that you don't really have to perform for your partner. Your partner appreciates you for what you are, despite everything.
5. Mental blocks
A problem in the relationship, certain health conditions like depression, past trauma and negative social conditioning can all have negative impacts on your ability to orgasm. Talk to your partner about past trauma if you have any, and what your triggers are. Consider speaking to a sex therapist as mental health issues should never be neglected. Depression hits the libido hard, and the problem is only compounded by antidepressants. Negative social conditioning can only be helped by therapy, so try to reach out to a mental health professional. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Hello, hope you have taken preventive major to avoid pregnancy, but it may work or may not. Try to have urine hsg test after you missed your due date. Headache and stomach pain are the adverse effect of that drug. Ok.

I am 42 years old woman. I am having irregular periods from last 2 months. It comes after alternative months. My fsh is 8. 32miu/ml. Lh is 1. 98miu/mi. & 0. 19ng/ml. I don' t have thyroid or obesity problem. I have an eleven years old daughter. Is this a sing of menopause? how can it be regular?

Mala D is quite safe. It is to be taken 1 tab daily by your wife starting from day 1 of periods and starting with the white tab. Then the last 7 days is black iron tab. When black is over to immediately start with white of next packet, irrespective of the period.

The big question so what do we do to have flawless skin, stronger nails and hair. Eat a balanced diet, keep yourself well hydrated and include these in your diet

1. Protein: lean meats, chicken, seafood, legumes, eggs and dairy products

2. Omega fatty acids: tuna, salmon and sardines and for vegetarians please supplement yourselves with omega fatty acids

3. Iron & vitamin c: legume, red meat, citrus fruits, capsicum

4. Nuts: for essential fatty acids

5. Beta carotene: carrot, watermelon, tomatoes.

6. Vitamin d: cheese, beef, mushrooms and plenty of sunlight.

Beauty is surely from within. Don't look for quick fixes look for long term solutions.

Madam, do get an ultra sound scan done. To evaluate both your kidneys and ovaries. If there is recurrence in stones they can present as pain in the loins spreading down towards your thighs.

The term ?vegetarian? has been around long enough that most people know what it means to be one, but ?vegan? is still somewhat of a new term for a lot of folks. So, what?s the biggest difference between the two? Well, vegetarians don?t eat animals and neither do vegans, but here?s where they differ. In addition to not eating animals, vegans do not consume dairy, eggs or anything else that comes from animals. Vegans also don?t purchase anything that was tested on animals or made from animals.

If veganism or vegetarianism is something you?ve been considering, then you might be torn between the two. Obviously, there isn?t one right way to eat, but it all depends on what you?re willing and not willing to give up. You?ll also need to weigh the pros and cons of both diets.
Pros:
May boost your chances of living longer
May help you to lose weight
Lower risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and hypertension

Cons:
Possible deficiency in essential vitamins and nutrients, such as vitamins D and B12, iron, calcium and zinc
Meal choices may seem limited at first
Difficulty dining out with family and friends who aren?t vegan or vegetarian
Requires a lot of discipline, which can also be a pro

There are 4 different types: Vegan, lacto vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian and flexitarian. A lacto-ovo vegetarian diet excludes meat, poultry and fish but includes eggs and dairy products. Most vegetarians in the U.S. Fall into this category.?
A lacto vegetarian diet includes dairy products, such as milk, cheese and yogurt but excludes eggs, whereas a flexitarian diet is plant-based with the occasional consumption of meat and a great way to ease into the vegetarian lifestyle. Worried about not getting enough vitamins and nutrients?

?[A lot of the essential] nutrients can be found in food or fortified in vegetarian products,? Ginn says. ?The key to a healthy vegetarian lifestyle is to eat a wide variety of foods to include vegetables, fruit, leafy greens, whole grains, nuts, seeds and legumes.?
The bottom line: Despite the benefits, a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle isn?t for everybody so talk with your doctor to see if adopting a plant-based diet is right for you.

I have PCOS problem. I have tried all types of medicines from all doctors (allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic, siddha) but no use. If I take primolut or any birth control pills only I get periods, otherwise I won't get. But I start getting side effects like low sugar problems if I take tablets for PCOS. I never get periods properly. Because of that I have gained lot of weight. If I workout also I won't reduce weight. I have lost all hopes in life. I doubt my feminism. Please suggest me something to get periods every month naturally without taking tablets.

If you are unmarried, wt.reduction by diet and exercise is the main treatment. Only wt. Reduction of 5 kg can normalize your menses. Till then, take medicine for 5 days each month to hv regular menses. Or,take medicine every 3 months. If married, and anxious for issue, you can go for lap. Ovarian drilling.

Is the urine routine test shows no signs of infection, she should manage her fluid intake so as to take maximum portion during daytime and avoid glassfuls of water after 8 pm. In any case, after 5th month her urine pressure should reduce as the uterus how's out of the pelvis into the abdomen.

How Often Should You Eat In A Day?

How many meals should you really have in a day?

With the advancement in nutritional science, researchers have realised that lesser gap between meals means lesser-stored fat which in turn also helps to control blood sugar, boost metabolism and aids in weight management. After three hours of a meal our blood sugar starts falling and after four hours the digestion is complete. After 5 hours we are ready to gobble up whatever comes in our way as the body is looking for a way to refuel. This may lead to consuming high-calorie food.

Eating at regular intervals can save you from binging, keep your blood sugar level stable and help you stay energised. Also, digestion itself is work for the body and the activity leads to burning calories. However, one needs to be careful and not consume very high-calorie meals as that would increase the risk of chronic diseases.

Since everybody is different, there cannot be a set number of meals prescribed for everyone. It depends on when a person feels hungry and how that person would like to deal with it. But you need to understand your body's need for replenishment and provide the nourishment it requires. Hence, according to your body's requirement you should have small meals at short intervals which could range from six to eight in a day. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

FDA approved a drug called FLIBANSERIN for female hypoactive sexual desire disorder. But the medicine is still not available in the market. Try some non-pharmacological measures to overcome reduced desire, including counseling.

Self sex or masturbation cannot cause any ovarian cancer or abnormal menses sexual urge is a natural instinct. In such a scenario when one gets aroused its natural to go for masturbation. During masturbation one just releases the sexual urge in harmless manner. Menstrual cycle is not related to sexual urge so masturbation doesnot cause any change in the body and hence canot cause cancer or affect menses.

Very difficult to avoid diseases if you don't want condoms, you r putting your life in danger. You need proper sex education, other then penetration.

Hello, Your progesterone levels are fine. You have experienced ovulation. This is the most fertile period for you to conceive.
