This habit is called bruxism. Habit of grinding teeth or clenching their jaw under stress. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Take a deworming medicine. Also you may need a habit breaking appliance called soft splints to preserve your teeth from wearing off. Adv. Muscle relaxant to relieve jaw muscle pain and anti-depressants.

I have gap in my teeth. As I had rct in one teeth previously and have cap on it can I go for braces or not. Are dental crowns good option.

BDS
Dentist, Mumbai
Having a cap is not a hinderance in getting braces (orthodontic treatment) done. You can surely go for braces, but the treatment is time consuming. If you are looking for a fast option, you can go for crowns or veneers, as the situation demands on your other teeth (as you already have a crown on one tooth.)

Hi, From last 2 months, my gums were bleeding. I visited one of the nearest dental college, where I got diagnosed with Gingivitis. Interns prescribed me to intake vitamin c through orange.

MDS Prosthodontics, BDS
Dentist, Hyderabad
Vitamin c helps in wound healing and controls bleeding due to gum infection. However routine teeth cleaning, warm salt water rinses, twice brushing and proper technique of brushing are as much important.

Hi. I have problem with my teeth. I mean there are lot of gaps between my teeth. I want to shape them. Can anyone tell what might the cost of such treatments.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
We need more investigations (model study, full mouth & profile x-ray) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need fixed / removable braces. Requirements may depends on the age, complaint, duration of the treatment & affordability. Cost of cosmetic dentistry (braces) varies with dentist. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
