Hi Kindly me know 1. At what time you go to bed? 2. Are you doing regular physical exercise/ walking? 3.having any mental stress? I am giving you some tip for good sleep : 1. Stick to a sleep schedule 2.Limit daytime naps 3.Include physical activity in your daily routine 4. you can go for a bath before going to bed 5.Manage stress: you can do regular meditation/ yoga

My age is 29 years, I'm dark in colour, I'm having black tan on forehead. One year back a dermatologist did a NMPM chemical peel. She suggests some creams and medicines I used but no improvement in fore head tan. But now I become more black than before peel. She said more pigmentation is there. Is there any advice to getrid off tan. I used so many creams including kojivit Gel. So please suggest how to improve skin tone and removal of tan. Thanks in advance.

Dear Lybrate user. Loosing erection in the initial stages of sex or not having erection at all are called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition. It can cause stress, relationship strain, and low self-confidence. The main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions. If treatment of the underlying conditions doesn't help, medications and assistive devices, such as pumps, can be prescribed. Yoga, meditation and diet could be prescribed once we know the basic reasons for it. Psychological reasons usually get cleared with sex therapy. I suggest online sex therapy. Take care.

I have stretch marks on all over my body like shoulders arms thigh hips buttocks all over it seems too ugly so any solutions from getting rid of it wat to use n how to use any cream or any oil the most ugliest is between underarms n shoulder. Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

My nephew, 4 yrs, suffering from measles for the first time since 1 week, and now doctors said measles virus has affected brain, he is not even seeing just sleeping, after admitted in hospital, he was getting fits 1 day and next day it stopped and he is shivering for half minute, fever which stopped again started 102 degree, reports are normal, CT scan is normal, bt in MRI it showed as measles virus affected brain, there is no improvement in him since admitted in hospital except only rashes and fits, what it could be, and how much time will it take for him to recover and will there be any complications in the future.

It is expected that he must have been vaccinated including measles at proper schedule time therefore there is very remote chance to contract measles. Anyway, once any viral infection effects brain it is unpredictable to assess time of outcome. It is obvious that he is under care of expert in the field. It is due to obesity, chronic constipation and raised intra abdominal pressure. Reduce your weight if you are overweight, avoid constipation by taking fruits, plenty of green leafy vegetables, vegetabl, beans, pulses, cereals and take plenty of water. If you are having piles apply anovate ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool.
