I have skin allergy my skin becomes red while I go out on sunny day. I had made blood testing of igle it show above 400 please help me to solve the problem.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. For skin allergy arriving from exposure to sunlight, take sulpuhur 200/ one dose once a week and urtica urens 200/ one dose daily for a month. Along with that follow the management part as well: - avoid direct contact with the detergent soap or powder - keep your hands moisturised always, use aloe vera cream - also apply sunscreen with spf- 30 liberally means apply a thick layer of the sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in the sunlight on the exposed areas and repeat it's application again after 3-4hrs. - don't use any harsh hand soap, use hand soap with aloe vera in it. - apply mixture of glycerine mixed with sugar every night. - keep yourself hydrated always, drink at least 12-15 glasses of water daily (and in case there is excessice exposure to sunlight, increase the intake). - take food rich in vitamin a, c, e and protein.

Dear patient, scar marks are due to fibrosis of skin on a particular area which was injured previously. You can now consider taking homeopathic medicines with scar/pigmentation remover lotion which removes scars or any marks or discolored spots and even dark circles below eyes. Using homeopathic medicines is 100% safe and effective. Please keep a pic before using this. You can see before and after pics of your own face.

The exact cause of acne is unknown. Hormonal changes during the teenage years, as well as during pregnancy, may be contributing factors. In general, there are two types of acne: • Noninflammatory acne, characterized by the presence of whiteheads and blackheads. • Inflammatory acne, characterized by the presence of pimples, which may rupture to form inflammatory lesions that are raised, reddened areas on the skin called "papules. In the majority of cases, individuals exhibit both types of acne. Acne typically occurs in the facial area, chest and back, where the sebaceous glands are the most prominent. Acne can also occur on other areas of the body as well, such as on the neck and upper arms. Causes of Acne There are a variety of factors that may contribute to or worsen acne. These factors can be classified as environmental, physical or emotional. Examples of these factors include: • Oil-based cosmetic use. • Stress and anxiety. • Humidity or exposure to dirt. • Premenstrual changes or hormonal changes. • Physical irritation from occlusive clothing, headbands, hats, helmets, etc. • Use of certain medications, such as phenytoin, isoniazid, phenobarbital, lithium, quinine, rifampin and steroids. Preventing Acne There are various preventative measures that may prevent or reduce acne flare-ups. Examples include: • To prevent the incidence of scarring, never squeeze or pick acne lesions. • Establish a daily skin-care regimen, which includes cleansing the skin with a soft wash cloth, warm water and an appropriate facial soap at least twice a day. • Use only oil-free skin and hair care products. • Avoid scrubbing the skin when cleansing. • Women should use makeup that is oil-free or labeled "non-comedogenic. • Always cleanse skin after sweating. • Wear daily sun protection, since some acne medications may increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight.

Chocolate is a flavour, like strawberry/mango/orange. Jt is the most accepted flavour for a human's taste buds. That is the reason people tend to have cookies, cakes and shakes that have chocolate in it. Chocolate has health benefits but it has side effects also. It has to be consumed in a certain limit.

It is mainly due to infection (mainly fungal) in your scalp skin, as skin of scalp is very little blood supply, so take time to remove infections, it comes in from of dandruff. For control on hair fall you have to control on dandruff and infection, otherwise most of the times it spread to your face and eyebrows and eyelashes also. It requires proper medicines and care.

Please check if you are having any dandruff - if so that need to be treated first. Also apply body lotion to keep the area moist. If you sweat a lot reduce the intake of salt and non-veg items. Take a dose of sulphur 30/single dose and get back to me after 7 days.

Hi, I can suggest you some home remedy for hair fall which is troubling you like many others. Hair fall is very common these days and chemical lotions are best avoided 1.Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil. 2.Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair. 3.Keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo. Here are some easy tips to help avoid hair loss. Another method is to apply Aloe Vera Aloe Vera gel also works wonders. Massage the scalp with aloe gel, leave in for a few hours and then wash with lukewarm water. Aloe gel, coconut milk and wheat germ oil make a great hair conditioning treatment to help fight hair fall. Massage it on the scalp to reduce hair fall. 1.Wash hair without shampoo. 2.Apply coconut oil and do not shampoo, and leave it to dry. It will not make your hair oily as it will dry up in minutes.. 3.Look at the ingredients to find a mild shampoo. 4.Use a good hairbrush. 5.Try a scalp massage. 6.Test your hair for thinning if you're concerned.
