I have lost 14 kg weight last year by dieting and exercise in 45 days. Later I became very week . Than I left all activities to loose weight and but now I have eye problem my eye no is -3 and -2.5 in both eyes, some hearing problem and hairfall till now a year passes in nov my eye has -2 no but in may its -3 . I dont have retina in my left eye since birth . Is there any treatment for curing the blindness?

As of now, there is no treatment for this condition. However, research is going on for bio-engineered artificial retina to be surgically implanted. Since these are still in research status, they are not commercially available. If you wish, you can volunteer in such research programs at major eye institutes. LV Prasad Eye Institute at Hyderabad is an example. You will first need to get evaluated to know if you are eligible for the same.

unfortunately there are no natural medications to remove spectacles permanently. you can either try contact lenses or plan for refractive lasik laser surgery contact lenses is good option . costs depends on company ,, you will have to visit contact lens specialist for that

Hello, yes, any activity that requires intense use of the eyes -- such as extended amounts of driving or reading -- can cause eye fatigue. These include extended periods of: reading writing driving exposure to bright light or straining to see in dim light can also cause eye fatigue. One of the most common causes of eye fatigue is staring for long periods at digital devices such as: computer screens smartphones video games include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Both lutein and zeaxanthin are primarily found in green leafy vegetables, although zeaxanthin is far scarcer than lutein. Kale and spinach are two of the most lutein-rich foods, but you'll also find it in carrots, squash, and other orange and yellow fruits and vegetables. Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Dont use computer continuously for more than 5 minutes.There should be proper light in the area where you are using your mobile and most important dont use with low battery.The bright light of the screen gets more focused on our eyes and this causes dryness of the eyes and thus causing weakness of vision and eye and head pain. Prolonged working on laptop can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include headaches, blurred vision, neck pain, redness in the eyes, fatigue, eye strain, dry eyes, irritated eyes. These symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measure sto reduce this include the computer screen should be 15 to 20 degrees below eye level, work under proper light. Use antiglare glasses while working on computer. Blink a lot. Cold compresses and use good lubricating eyedrop.

Hello lybrate-user. Capillary hemangiomas may resolve with time. Lasik is not the solution for it. In fact lasik is for rectifying the refractive error (getting rid of the glasses) of the eye. Regarding the capillary hemangioma, it may be necessary to get it surgically removed if it persists and shows no signs of spontaneous resolution. For the time being, do not worry. Give it time. Eyes are believed to be the most attractive feature in a person. A pair of beautiful eyes can melt millions of hearts. Skin ageing and its consequences can throw life in jeopardy. Sagging eyelids are one such unwanted consequence. With ageing, the skin loses its elasticity to a great extent.

There is an increased skin accumulation around the upper and lower eyelids. As a result, the eyelids become sagging and droopy. Sagging eyelids can be annoying, affecting a person's overall appearance and self-confidence. In extreme cases, it interferes with the normal vision of the affected individual. Eye irritation is also common.

Thus, the problem needs to be treated at the earliest. Blepharoplasty or the eyelid surgery comes as a huge relief. Here, the surgery is mainly performed to enhance an individual's appearance. Hello, How much is the power of both the eyes? Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 4-6 months and instill Euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance. Here are home-remedies to improve eyesight: 1. Take 7 almonds Add 2 tsp fennel seeds Add 1 tsp sugar candy Crush the mixture Add 1 tsp of this mixture to 1 glass warm milk Drink this at bedtime After having this, do not drink anything for 2 hr 2. Take 1 cup warm milk Add ½ tsp liquorice powder Add ¼ tsp clarified butter Add 1 tsp honey Mix well Drink this every day For better results, drink it at bedtime Continue this for 3 months.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.
