You can go but take possible preventive measures. Take inhalers and also take ginger lemon honey tea with you. It may give relief. Do deep breathing while climbing. It will expand lungs and increase capacity.

Cold and breathing problem is not related to thyroid. That is mostly due to the weather conditions. Your hairfall will stop if your thyroid levels become normal with medications. But for hair regrowth you need to put more efforts. Use herbal oils for scalp massage, three times a week. Use a mild shampoo for hair wash. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to promote hair regrowth. Amla/gooseberry is a excellent hair tone. You can have amla candies or amla juice everyday.

Probably it's bronchial asthma triggered by dust, exercise, cold and probably animal protein. Need to chart her symptoms daily, which is needed for classification of disease, and needs consultation!
