Maybe you have muscular spasm or cervical pain. Do hot fomentation twice daily. Do not take pillow and try to sit with proper support. Do isotonic exercise of neck followed by isometric exercise after 3-4 days when you feel relief in pain.

I am 32 year old. I am pregnant. Starts 5th month of pregnancy. I am suffering from vomiting and leg pain problem.

Madam, pregnancy related problems, like many others, can not be solved without seeing the patient. Usually doxylamine-pyridoxine (10 mg /10 mg) combination in the morning in empty stomach with little water helps. Then start your day with some dry food like a piece of dry bread. Repeat the tab if you require but restrict it within 2 tabs / day. Take folic acid / folvite 5 mg - 1 daily after bf, shelcal 500 - 1 tab just before breakfast. Iron+bcomplex - 1 cap after dinner daily. Hope these shall reduce your vomiting. It should go within 10/15 more days. But remember you must consult your obstetrician as soon as possible. I have written only supplements what is required in normal pregnancy.

You should go for a walk first two km. Increase it slowly. After that you may do jogging slowly. Do massage of your legs daily at night. Take vitamin d.

Is shoulder dislocation require surgery? Allopathic surgeons have suggested it. Suffer the problem since 15 yrs. Can not move right hand straight upward. If not no problem. Any other remedy or exercise. Dislocation happen only if I move my right hand straight upward. Feel uneasy in right shoulder if carry weights. At this age l am afraid of operation.

Dear sir, If you are having recurrent dislocation and its disturbing your life style everyday then I may suggest go for surgery but if you have not frequent problem then don't go for it at this age do some shoulder muscle strengthening exercises at home Thank you.

I am having osteoarthritis, and I am having a severe pain, my local doctors have prescribed some medicines which I am taking regularly, but still I am having constant pain, please advice me.

Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

1)DO NOT bend forwards.Bending forward does no good to anyone.It might twist your spine for all you know.So whenever you need to bend and pick up something,bend your knees first and not your back and pick up.A slipped disk (also called a herniated disk) happens when a disk between the bones of the spine bulges and presses on nerves,this is often caused by twisting while lifting.Hence,kep your back straight and bend at your knees. DO NOT bend over to lift anything heavy off the ground with knees straight.Lift heavy items with your legs, not your back. Do NOT maintain any one position for a prolonged period.If you have been sitting for an hour,take a break walk for sometime and then continue with your work. Same applies if you have been standing for a prolonged time,take a break and sit for sometime.Stretch your muscles and relax.The best way to stand for a prolonged time is the hotel bar position: one foot on the ground and the other foot on the brass rail, when rail is not available use any raised platform.Every 5 to 15 minutes, switch the foot you’re resting on the stool. DO not arch your back while exercising,watching TV,standing or sitting on a chair.Keep it upright.Avoid crouching postures. DO NOT move anything heavy by pulling it in front of you.Always push and never pull. DO NOT sit with crossed legs,sit with knees slightly higher than the hips.Keep your feet on the foot rest. ...etc

I am 28 years male and suffering from heel pain in my left foot. When I touch the right side of the left foot it pains a lot. I think there is an issue with the bone, however, I am not sure. Hi lybrate-user, you need to wear soft soles and high heel slippers. Do contrast bath for feet. If pain doesn't get relieved, you have to get your vit d3 level checked (blood test). Take care.

Last year I had a lot of pain in my both knees, while siting & standing I used to have alot of pain, I consulted a doctor asked me to take x ray in which I found my right leg kneecap moved to little bit right side & left leg knee cap is moved to left side, he asked me to go for surgery or else I may face arthritis in future. He gave me tablets temporarily problem was solved. But now I feel that my right kneecap has moved more on rightside i. E more gap. So please guide me what to do without surgery. Thanking you.

I think you are being misguided. Investigations advised - x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, Please inform

Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out whether it is arthritis or ldp or anything else. This is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advice:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I will explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Probably a disl prolapse instead which is giving pressure symptoms (pain radiation to leg) your both screning tests are negative and you have not being infected by tubercular bacterism so better think otherwise and consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Your question is not very clear. According to your question your right testicle is both normal and swollen. Anyways please tell me for how long you have faced this problem. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi thanks for your query. You have non specific complaints of pelvic pain, both shoulders and other joint involvement. Please get some blood tests done like s calcium, s phosphorus, s alkaline phosphatase and s vitamin d levels. Also get esr and crp levels done with cbc and relevant x rays.
