Take tab sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. Use otrivin nasal drop 2 drop in each nostril sos. Do saline warm gargle, take steam inhalation 2-3 times daily.

You get high fever and dehydration in heatstroke and it can be accompanied with sever headach vomitings etc you should try to cover your head and body with shades and cotton clothes take painkiller and antipyretic tablets also ng with plenty of liquids orally sometimes you are required to be given intravenous glucose to take care if the dehydration.

One rule that all you moms absolutely must follow is to never finish up the food your child has left. Eating the food left over on your child’s plate is a very common phenomenon and this leads to the mom eating double and gaining unnecessary weight. 

That food is designed for your kid and is rich in calories, fats which are required for their growth.

Eating even smaller amounts of foods over a period of time can result in substancial weight gain, let it go in the dustbin and please do not treat your stomach like one.

Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi, tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with health breakfast like king. Drink more water. Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat more whole grain. Switch from full fat dairy to low fat. Eat good & healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.

It's very important that u take care not to injure ur self or that can leave marks. Any suspicious chemical agent such as creams, sprays, deodorants should be avoided. It's imperative to be relaxed or such a condition can worsen. Don't b anxious about anything for everyone faces anxieties and only the relaxed can get above. Diet rich in vitamin c and phytonutrients like anthocyanin namely lemon, orange, gooseberry vil scavenge the free radicals which damage the cells and produce light patchs.

Hi, if you want to gain weight, you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest.

All about indian summer vegetables:

Indian summer vegetables includes those vegetables that are traditionaly available between the months of april and june. 

Though, sceintific prgress has made it possible to grow these vegetables all year through, they are at their nutritional best during the summer season. They also suit are constiution during those months.

The typical indian summer vegetable is soft-skinned, soft-fleshed and moisture-filled, and perfectly suited for hot climates. A thumb rule is that all vegetables that grow on creepers can be classified as summer vegetables.

The gourd family is a vast group of indian summer vegetables, the most commonly available vegetable is bottle gourd (ghia, doodhi), bitter gourd (karela), ridged gourd (tori), snake gourd (chichinda), ash gourd (petha) and wax gourd (padval), parmal, kundru (coccinia indica, pumpkin (kaddu).

Tinda or baby squash is another common summer vegetable, especially in north india, as also the ladyfinger, okra or bhindi, which is available throughout the warmer months. The cucumber is a cooling, juicy summer vegetable that is had raw. Among leafy vegetables, choulai saag (amaranth greens), as well as its lovely red version, are typical of summer. Tender green mangoes, another popular summer offering, is full of vitamin c, and are cooked in various ways.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. Be healthy.

How Water is Necessary For Healthy Skin?

The skin is an organ and just like all the other organs in your body, it is made up of cells. Since the cells are made up of water, the cells in your skin also need water to function properly. Lack of hydration can cause skin issues such as dry, tight skin which might lead to flaking. Because of constant perspiration, your body loses the vital minerals and salts, the reason why your body needs daily replenishing.

What happens to the skin if you do not drink sufficient water in a day?

Dry skin also has lesser resilience as compared to hydrated or oily skin, which makes it more prone to wrinkling and fine lines. The skin is made up of three layers

  • The outermost layer, which is known as the ‘epidermis’

  • The layer beneath it is called the ‘dermis’

  • The subcutaneous tissue

Usually, water loss takes place from the epidermal layer of the skin due to sweating, however, if the cells in the underlying layers are not hydrated enough, the epidermis begins to start feeling rough and loses its elasticity which can lead to degradation of its texture.

Sufficient water intake and skin - the connect

Drinking water also flushes out the dangerous toxins from within your body and your skin, which allows your skin to breathe normally again. With the normal function restored in the skin, the cells do not feel trapped or inadequate, which means they can continue with their normal functions. This helps delay skin aging by adding shine to your skin.

You should be aiming to drink 8 -10 glasses of water each day because a lesser amount can cause dehydration. Dehydration may trick the oil glands in your body into believing that they need to produce more oil which leads to an excess production of oil, thus, increasing the chance of acne.

Also, when your skin is hydrated from inside, it looks plumper and more radiant and can hide signs of aging. However, when witnessed at a histopathological level [when examined under a microscope], the signs of aging are still present but because your skin is hydrated and looks younger, these signs are invisible to the naked eye.
