Parantha in office can be avoided. It is oily and does induce sleep, specially if sleep deprived or overworked, take light snacks like fruits, boiled eggs if you eat, some assorted nuts, roasted chana, salads and ors type liquids but no curds or chacch, eat moderately at office without staying hungry but do take a proper meal at home. Parantha does not help to lose weight, you can take more proteins like milk and supplements of proteins.

Hello- Little bit of white discharge is not at all a medical problem, but excess of the discharge in a lady can be a matter of concern. This can give rise to many serious problems in the reproductive organ of the ladies. Here are some general tips to avoid it, if problem still persist, its better to go for proper treatment. Change your underwear. Use baby wipes. Don't douche. Use a pad or pantyliner in extreme cases. Air yourself out. Consider the state of your body. See if your vaginal discharge is normal. Fast treatment for pcod problem of women can we tell me?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
Polycystic ovary syndrome treatment generally focuses on management of your individual main concerns, such as infertility, hirsutism, acne or obesity. As a first step, I recommend weight loss through a low-calorie diet combined with moderate exercise activities. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet if you have pcos as prescribed by a registered dietitian only. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise. High-fiber carbohydrates include whole-grain breads and cereals, whole-wheat pasta, bulgur wheat, barley, brown rice, and beans. Limit less healthy, simple carbohydrates such as soda, excess fruit juice, cake, candy, ice cream, pies, cookies and doughnuts. Even a modest reduction in your weight for instance, losing 5 percent of your body weight might improve your condition I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

What is the best option? Condoms or contraceptive pills?
Pills are hormone preparations which in few cases have resulted in problems of concieving once they are discontinued. You can also time your intercourse as per the menstrual cycle, it is also one of the ways to prevented pregnancy. But, remember none of the ways gives you 100% protection.

I am 31 years female having PCOD Problem? I have twin kids and my thyroid level are normal.
Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne. Weight gain and trouble losing weight. Extra hair on the face and body. Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp. Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do. Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5 kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

No chance of pregnancy if you have ruled out in Jan-March and did not have intercourse after that. But you do need consultation of Gynecologist in view of scanty periods and breast secretion.
