Hello, desk job has this problem where people tend to gain weight. If possible, move around, take a casual walk or just climb up the stairs in between if at all possible. For exercises, here are a few. 1. Lie down straight, put your hands back and bring your upper body forward, trying to touch your head to your knees and hands to your toes. It's a form of crunches, you can repeat from 10 to 25 times. 2. Lie down straight, with both legs together, raise them up, at 90 degrees, and down (without touching your heels to the floor) continue 5 to 10 times. 3. You can do 7 sets of surya namaskar 4. Sit ups 20 times these will make your tummy toned.

Little or limited caffeine amount can definitely boost energy levels, but an excessive amount might lead to addiction, which is really quite a serious issue. This addiction cannot be kicked away with medications and rather you have to follow the natural ways. Practicing yoga asanas is one of the most improved solutions that can help you to get rid of acute or severe caffeine addiction and that too in a natural way without inviting any unhealthy side effects.

5 leading asanas that can help avoid caffeine addiction

  1. Mayurasana: This asana is mainly well known as the Peacock pose. The pose is very much useful for maintaining digestive and circulatory functions. The hands should be clasped backside and you should bend your head towards your feet. Standing straight is needed and you have to take deep breaths at the time of holding back the concerned posture.
  2. Chakrasana: This is nothing, but a wheel pose which helps in system detoxification and toxin release. Your thyroid and pituitary glands will get naturally stimulated as a result of this pose. Extending arms overhead by keeping feet together you can perform this pose. You should bend backwards with your face down towards the floor, and you have to use your palms for support.
  3. Sarvangasana: This pose needs to be done by keeping your shoulders in support. Without using yoga mats, this pose cannot be performed comfortably. Parathyroid and thyroid glands are stimulated along with the normalization of different body functions. Relief from constipation and indigestion can be gained from this pose. Keeping your shoulders in support, the legs should be extended upwards at 90-degree angle. The shoulders should take your full body weight at the time of doing this asana.
  4. Halasana: This plough pose can help in reducing lethargy, fatigue and stress. Your nervous system can be calmed down, and you will feel completely relaxed. Energy channels of your body can be easily opened up by practicing this asana regularly. In this case, legs should be bended at your hips so that the legs can be flat over the ground. You should keep your hands beside your body.
  5. Nadi-sodhan Pranayama: if you have got accumulated stress, then nothing can be a better option other than doing this asana. Both body and mind get completely relaxed as a result of practicing this pose. In this case, breathing patterns or techniques can be corrected along with the balancing of the nadis. One of my friends- an intelligent vaidya- was discussing about hypertension. We discussed about effects of Fegonia plant on high B.P. Then I explored on net and found Dhamasa Herb's role is more relevant in associated conditions too.

Atherothrombotic diseases such as myocardial or cerebral infarction are serious consequences of the thrombus formed in blood vessels. You probably require a scaling done. Deposits and plaque in the mouth can cause bad breath. Brush twice daily, floss, use non alcohol containing mouth wash. Clean your tongues upper and side surfaces daily. Some medications can cause saliva output to decrease and worsen bad breath. And obviously some foods too like onion and garlic!

I am suffering from high cold fever, left leg is paining, not able to eat, sleep, what should I do?

I am suffering from high cold fever, left leg is paining, not able to eat, sleep, what should I do?
Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Hi Irfan, I will recommend you for weight reduction some tips and a diet chat, .Avoid single large meals and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day. Avoid consuming food at late night. Take fibre rich diet like vegetables and fruits Do not eat sugar sweets chocolates ice cream cold drinks sweet biscuits jam cake white bread cheese butter noodles milk and milk product. You can also follow this chart (1200 calories) 1. EARLY MORNING upama/ poha/oats/ daliya 1 soup bowl or tea without sugar/green tea/black tea with 2 marie biscuits or plane roti 2 small size with 1 small bowl of green vegetable 2.MID MORNING 1 fruit Guava/ orange/apple 3.LUNCH salad 1 medium bowl dal 1 soup bowl green veg 1 small bowl pulka 2 without ghee 4.EVENING tea without sugar/green tea/black tea/lemon water rosted chana /muri 5. DINNER salad 1 medium bowl dal 1 soup bowl green veg 1 small bowl pulka 2 without ghee 6. LATE NIGHT 1 glass of skim milk without sugar. Relax dear. I think you should work on your intetpersonal relationships. I mean, you should have one or more good friends to share your feelings with, spend more time with your parents and siblings and also better communications with your teachers. Tadgola a great fruit especially to have in summer, it actually cools you down although peeling the fruit is a little messy job.

Also known as ice apple, palm fruit or nungu. It is a delicious fruit, famous in maharashtra and tamil nadu, in summer. In bengal, it is known as taal. In bihar, it is known as taari.

It grows in clusters, and has a coconutty, brown exterior. On cutting open, each fruit had three to four jelly seeds that have a soft yellowish skin that darkens to a light brown when exposed to air.

They are a great source of potassium and low in sodium which helps to control blood pressure. They cool your body during summers and also help in maintaining electrolyte balance.

Eat this anytime of the day and enjoy it to the fullest in summers.

Hair transplant can be done with FUE or FUT method .FUE is a more popular and advanced technique due to less scarring and pain. Adding prp sessions leads to much better results. Cost is generally from 60 thousand to 1.2 lakh depending on the no. Of hairs to be transplanted. Time for procedure is 4 to 6 hours.

Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day. Also herbal medicines can help to get relief from asthma upto 80%.
