Asthma Tips Dos Consume healthy diet, include fresh vegetables and fruits. Manage your weight and restrict the intake of calories. People who are�obese�are more likely to have more severe asthma symptoms. Stress quickly depresses the immune system. Learn to manage stress in personally effective ways. Follow an ?early-to-bed, early-to-rise? routine. Add a little dried ginger powder to your milk, and fresh ginger to your meals. Try to get some fresh air and sunshine each day. Exercise boosts the immune system but do it in moderation.� Don?ts Avoid smoking. Smoking�always makes asthma worse. Avoid strenuous exercise Avoid sleeping during day time. Avoid exposure to rain, humidity, dust and pollens. Avoid consuming bananas, citrus fruits, ice-cream, cold drinks and fried foods. If you are allergic to specific food, better to avoid it. Last but not least, Take ayurvedic tablets to enhance immunity and cure asthma.

Hi lybrate-user, 3 meals i.e. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are recommended for a normal healthy person. If someone feels hungry in between meals, then he can take fruits, sprouts salad, Marie / Nutrichoice biscuits, or handful of some roasted namkeens for munching. Avoid late & heavy dinners. Restrict intake of carbohydrates, fatty / oily or junk foods, sweets and sugar based products. Swimming is a very good exercise. Keep doing it regularly. For customized daily diet plans, you can buy a package from our recommended packages.

As the cyst is very large you should get it removed sooner rather than later as the ovarian function can be further compromised.

The best remedy I can recommend you is as follows natural home remedy using curry leaves, lemon peel, soap nut, fenugreek seeds and green gram: 1. Take 15-20 curry leaves 2. Add 1 lemon peel 3. Add 3 tbsp soap nut powder 4. Add 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds 5. Add 2 tbsp green gram 6. Grind the mixture and store in a clean, glass bottle 7. Use this mixture as a shampoo this will help with your concern.

If you r married and or if pregnancy was possility the immediately you should do urine pregnancy test and if not married then also you need to visit gynecologist who will give you 3 mths course of medicine after ultrasound.

You change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, milk etc. Go for gym also. You take 1 spoon liv-52 syrup 20 minutes before lunch end dinner will help to you.

Your bmi is calculated as 18.8 kilograms per square meter. Health aspects your weight is at a lower level; in our view, it may be less than optimal for your health. By classification of the who, you are" normalweight" your low body mass will not be a problem for your health provided you are getting sufficient amounts of vital substances such as protein, minerals, vitamins and essential fats. A low but stable weight may be fine. A small gain in weight could be beneficial, preferably by building up muscle mass eat a variety of foods that you like, optimally including five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Avoid eating too sweet, too fat and too much. No diet is the best diet as long as the body is getting a well-balanced, mainly plant-based mix of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins and enough, but not too much energy. Physical activity do physical exercise at least for half an hour daily at moderate to vigorous intensity.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of flax seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of flax seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Mr. Lybrate-user, to control diabetes following steps need to be taken: 1) take appropriate drugs as prescribed by the doctor, without fail or missing a dose. 2) take a balanced but restricted diet, that should provide exact calories based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood sugar levels. 3) daily regular exercise of at least 1 hour, brisk waliking is a good option. 4) consume great deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day) 5) avoid sweets, sweetened aerated drinks, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, fructose corn syrup containing products and highly processed foods. 6) you should strive to maintain fasting level around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <6.8. 7) refrain from alcohol and smoking. All these are the things referred as modified lifestyle. With regards.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul and vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS. Their is no any connection between allergy and hair fall. Thanks.

Don't take churna for constipation. You will be habituated. So avoid it. Take fiber food like oats, plenty of fruits along with green leafy vegetables and plenty of water will help you definitely.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.
