Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I am having Stomach ulcers from last 1 month and currently doing treatment. CAN I do exercise at this time or will it cause any problem for my ULCER?

Light exercises like walking can be done. Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Five food groups namely  cereals (like rice, wheat in any form, oats in any form ), pulses  (like any dal), vegetables, fruits and animal protein  (meat, fish, egg, milk in any form )should be present in adequate amount in the food of your baby. Basic principles of feeding are 1) it should be acceptable I. E. Kids should like eating it. 2) tolerable i.e. After  eating if baby develop abdominal distension,  vomiting, loose stool,  rash that means your baby can't tolerate the product.  3) appropriate consistency I. E. Porridge like with gradual change so that by the age of 2 normal adult foods can be given to the kids.  4) all the food groups should be present in the menu of whole day. Antacids and digestive enzymes can be given for acidity and digestive problem.

Dear, take care of your eating habits. If you feel burning in stomach, then you better is to take fruits and reduce regular meals. Sometimes,simply eating less takes care of stomach trouble. Please make it a point that too bitter, too sour, salty, hot, pungent, dry and burning foods are to be avoided as such foods cause distress, misery and disease. Thus deep frying foods or foods taking lot of oil as in gravy vegetables , salty foods , spicy foods , long preserved , frozen foods , junk foods like pizzas burgers chips are to be avoided. In addition , walk fast for 30 minutes every day or engage in some service every day. Please also do meditation regularly and sincerely which has been scientifically proved for overall health. Gall bladder stone always needs surgery. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fried and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid fatty food,carbonated Drink like soda/ soft drink/Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, potato, lentil,lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread.Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. .Avoid stress, anxiety 7.stop alcohol/ smoking 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9.Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10.Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days. 11.consult me for further advice

Hello, I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fiber a day. You can increase your fiber intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet Consult Physician for Further Management

Hello. You probably having a history of irregular diet. I mean the food might be nutritional but timings are improper. Take small meals in parts rather than taking three large ones. Take proper breakfast by 9 am. Don't drink water during meals. You are probably also undergoing some stress. Avoid eating while you are disturbed. For proper medication you need to consult a homoeopathic physician for help. Homoeopathy has good results for your case. If you wish you kindly consult privately. Regards.

Also known as flatulence, gastric problems do not really mean any kind of disease. Rather, these occur as a result of some underlying condition or some distress affecting the digestive system. Gastric problems generally take their toll on the health of the person by showing their effects either as stomach pain or by making the person lose his appetite. These gastric problems generally come along with some of the serious health conditions like diarrhoea or problems like indigestion. It is now easy to treat flatulence by using the remedies that are readily available in households. 

Forms of gastric problem
Gastric problems do not generally occur alone and they usually come along with other conditions like digestive distress, diarrhoea or even cramps. Commonly this condition can be seen in three forms in a person. One is burping, the second form is belching and the third is flatulence. Each has their own magnitude of impact on the person. All three causes annoying effects to the person and can be taken care of with the help of some home remedies. The gastric problem can be of two types. One is the acute gastritis and the other is chronic gastritis. The first problem can be cleared off within few days time and the second problem needs some extra care and treatment. 

Symptoms of gastric problem
Some cases of gastric problem can be minor and can be taken care of easily. These problems can be resolved in a matter of one or two days. Other forms of flatulence can be severe and can cause other weaknesses in the body. Doctors say that gastric problems can be identified with the help of few easily comprehensible symptoms. 

Some of the common symptoms of the gastric problems are

  • Constant pain in the abdominal region
  • Indigestion
  • Loss of appetite 
  • Repeated vomiting and nausea
  • Increased pressure and pain in the chest area
  • Persistent headache
  • Sudden dizziness during work

Solution for the problem
There are some common home remedies for gastric worries which include: 

  • A little cinnamon powder can be mixed with a glass of warm milk and can be taken along with honey.
  • 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar must be mixed with a glass of warm water and cooled to the room temperature and drunk.
  • Equal amounts of fennel, ginger and cardamom must be ground together and a pinch of hing must be added to it and mixed with a cup of water. It must be taken twice a day.
  • 1 spoon each of carom seeds and black salt must be added to buttermilk and the solution has to be drunk.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. It's not clear what causes irritable bowel syndrome, treatment focuses on the relief of symptoms. Following steps should be taken 1. Eliminating high-gas foods such items as carbonated beverages, vegetables — especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower — and raw fruits. 2.Some people are sensitive to types of carbohydrates such as fructose, fructans & lactose, called FODMAPs .FODMAPs are found in certain grains, vegetables, fruits and dairy products such as wheat, rye, barley, onion, garlic, apples, apricots, avocados, blackberries, cherries, etc 3.Taking fiber supplements, such as psyllium or methylcellulose, with fluids may help control constipation. Fiber obtained from food may cause much more bloating compared with a fiber supplement. 4.Anti-diarrheal medications such as loperamide, can help control diarrhea. 5.Anticholinergic and antispasmodic medications. These medications, such as hyoscyamine and dicyclomine, can help relieve painful bowel spasms. They should not be used if you have constipation. 6.Counseling. You may benefit from counseling if you have depression or if stress tends to worsen your symptoms. 7. In some people improvement in diarrhea symptoms occurs, if they stop eating gluten (wheat, barley and rye) Don't worry you would be fine Hoping your query is solved.

• Indigestion refers to an upset stomach
• It is also referred to as dyspepsia

Symptoms to look for:

• Belching
• Nausea
• Bloated stomach

1. Take 1 glass warm water
2. Add 1 tsp lemon juice

5. Drink after each meal

Natural home remedy using coriander leaves, buttermilk and cardamom powder:

1. Crush a few coriander leaves
2. Press them in a sieve
3. Extract juice
4. Mix 1 tbsp yogurt in 1 cup water
5. Add 1 tsp salt and make buttermilk
6. Add 3 tsp of coriander juice to it
7. Add ½ tsp of cardamom powder to it
8. Drink 1 hr after every meal

Tips:

• Eat jaggery after every meal

These remedies are based on the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of healing, and are completely natural, non-invasive, and can be prepared at home. Consult your doctor if the symptoms persist
