Use dk gel twice daily, along with the following medicine. Fungal infection. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned do one ultrasound to rule out kidney stones. So treatment depends upon the exact size of stone if less than 6 mm then no surgical procedure will be done and for it, you have to follow like this - 1) Drink plenty of water. Drinking as much as (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system so try to drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. 2) Take Pain relievers. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, you can talk with your treating doctor to recommend pain relievers such as [ibuprofen+acetaminophen] or [naproxen sodium]. 3) Discuss with your Doctor for medication to help pass your kidney stone. This type of medication, known as an alpha-blocker,[tamsulosin] relaxes the muscles in your ureter, helping you pass the kidney stone more quickly and with less pain. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Try to eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. These include rhubarb, beets, okra, spinach, Swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. 2) Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose nonanimal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. 3) Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Hope that helps.

I do not think that there is any chances of being pregnant with such an act. But it is advisable to take precautions next time you have sex (use condoms).

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. This is often deranged in PCOS that is why Fertomid type of treatment is given for ovulation. For pain you need to be reexamined by Gynecologist. Remeber in PCOD treatment for pregnancy may be long term.

Need not to worry. Ask ultrasound center to prepare report on photo/picture shown. Actually, ultrasound technician do the ultrasound and doctor see that and prepare report (normality/abnormality if any).

Being overweight isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Dear Lybrate user. The transparent clear liquid which comes out of your penis while having foreplay, speaking to a girl, watching porn etc is called pre-cum. This is a natural procedure and you don't have to stop it. Pre-cum is used as a lubricant on the penis glans, when the penis enters the vagina. Please understand. This is never a health problem. Don't worry. Testicle hurt because of the accumulation of semen. You need to either masturbate or sex to remove the accumulated semen. Take care.
