I am checking my Blood at home on Accuchek Machine, Presently taken Glycomet 850 MG twice after taking breakfast and dinner but problem is that my fasting sugar coming correct i, e 100 and after taking BF/Dinner it will comes 240 (taking after dinner near to 2 hrs) kindly advice me, I will take glycomet GP1 or taking sugar test near 2 hrs early. It could be due to excess masturbation 1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 1-2 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4.Consult sexologist for further advice.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. Take pranacharya heman syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya heman capsule 1-1 twice a day.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Kindly mention your fasting and pp blood sugar levels and revert.

Ayurveda is an age old system of medicine that is holistic in nature. Treatment in Ayurveda focuses on getting rid of the cause of the disease. The medicines in Ayurveda are natural and thus, do not have any side effects. There are various remedies in Ayurveda to balance your blood sugar level. Blood sugar occurs either due to decreased insulin sensitivity or inefficient absorption of glucose by the cells in the body.

The various remedies to balance blood sugar in Ayurveda are

  1. Diet: You should pay close attention to your diet, as diet plays a primary role in maintaining healthy blood sugar levels. Eating foods that can cause your blood sugar levels to hit the roof should be strictly avoided. Simple sugars are the main culprit, and any food that contains simple sugars like refined foods and most fruits need to be avoided.

  2. Exercise: Exercise is a must if you want your blood sugar under control. Include cardiovascular exercises like running and swimming that helps in burning calories and regulate blood sugar. It also helps you lose fat and reduce weight. Exercises also uses the sugar in your blood thus, causing a drop in the blood sugar levels.

  3. Avoid stress: If you are feeling stressed lately then you may employ relaxation techniques such as meditation. You can start off with simple meditation techniques such as focusing on your breath. Count to 4 while you inhale and then hold your breath for seven seconds, then exhale while you count to 8. Repeat this procedure for 10-15 minutes on a daily basis.

  4. Herbs: You can include fenugreek in your diet, you may consume them by soaking them overnight in a glass of water and then drinking the water after straining it. It has been known to reduce blood sugar levels. Holy basil or tulsi is another herb that has a beneficial effect on the blood sugar level in the body. It also corrects hormonal imbalances and improves your overall wellbeing. You can also add cinnamon powder while cooking to maintain insulin sensitivity. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, the disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. The most common symptoms are – 1.High fever 2.Severe Headache 3.Pain behind the eyes 4.Nausea and vomiting 5.Swollen lymph node 6.Muscle and Joint Pain 7.Exhaustion 8.Skin rash Following tips for Prevention of Dengue fever : 1. Turn over empty pails and buckets, so that they do not collect excess water. If the container that contains water cannot be emptied, remember to cover it well when not in use. 2: Remember to clean out empty flower pots and not to over water potted plants. It is advised to not have any stagnant water around as it acts as breeding ground for the mosquitoes. 3: Apply mosquito repellents on all exposed areas, during the day as well as at night on a regular basis to prevent dengue. 4: Make sure your window and door screens do not have any holes. If so, block those areas properly to eliminate mosquitoes. 5: If someone at home is ill with dengue, try to not let the mosquitoes bite them or others in the house. 6: sleep under a mosquito net (especially small children as they sleep during the day and hence, the chance of mosquito bite is high during this time). 7: If you use a cooler remember to empty out and clean the water tray regularly, even when not in use. 8: Always cover your dustbin when not in use. 9: A natural method to keep mosquitoes at bay is to plant Tulsi near your window. The plant has properties that do not allow mosquitoes to breed. 10: Using camphor as a repellent also works wonders. Light camphor in a room and close all the doors and windows. Leave it this way for about fifteen to twenty minutes to have a mosquito free environment

As per your concern you need to do following remedy Natural home remedy using almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: Saffron is a mild aphrodisiac 1. This is also called as seated forward bend. It improves your endurance by strengthening your perennial muscles (they support erectile rigidity). It will beat erectile dysfunction and delay ejaculation by contracting the same muscles just before yourorgasm.

Steps

  • Sit straight and keep your legs together and then stretch.
  • Put your feet pointing towards the ceiling.
  • After breathing in, stretch both the arms in upwards direction.
  • Breathe out and bend yourself towards the toes and keep your spine erect.
  • Hold the big toe of your feet along with the index finger and thumb.
  • Now bend forward in a way that your forehand touches the knees.
  • Hold onto this position for approximately 10 to 20 seconds
  • Slowly come back to your sitting position.

2. Kumbhakasana

This asana is also called as plank pose and it helps in improving endurance and stamina in your bedroom. If it is practicedregularly then you may experience difference in stamina and overall upper body strength during sex.

Steps

  • Lay flat with your stomach on the floor.
  • Keep hands by the sides of your face
  • Bend your feet in a way that the toes should push off the ground.
  • Push your body with hands and raise the buttocks in the air.
  • The legs should stay parallel with the floor.
  • Stay in this position as much as you can.
  • Slowly get back to your normal position.


3. Uttanapadasana

This yoga posture is also called as raised legs pose. It helps in providing an intense workout. Also, it engages the quads and glutes, which help you to stay longer in the missionary position. It also stretches your psoas (muscles that are located on either side of the lumbar region of the vertebral column) and hip flexor muscles(muscles that permit you to bend the knees) which can enhance energy and blood flow to the pelvic region and beat erectile dysfunction.

Steps

  • Lay flat on your back.
  • Keep your hands by the sides.
  • Place the heels together.
  • As you breathe in, lift up your legs to make a 30 degree angle
  • Now slightly lift your head off the ground as you do the above.
  • Stay at this position for a few breaths.
  • Slowly get back your legs on the floor.
  • Inhale and raise your legs so that you make a 60-degree angle this time.
  • Stay at this position for some time like a few seconds.
  • Lower down your legs back to the floor.


4. Naukasana

This is also called as boat pose and it stimulatesthe sexual hormones. If you do not feel sexual energy then this pose shall help in flowing the energy smoothly. This asana strengthens thebuttocks, hips, and thigh muscles. This also strengthens the pelvic muscles which can help you to stay longer in bed.

Steps

  • Lie down flat
  • Keep your arms beside your body and feet together.
  • Inhale and exhale
  • Lift your chest off the floor.
  • Lift your feet off the ground at the same time.
  • Keep your arms straight when you are doing this.
  • Hold on for 5 to 10 breaths.
  • Exhale slowly and come back to your normal position.


5. Dhanurasana

This is called as bow pose and considered to be very effective in stimulatingmen's' reproductive organs. This asana helps in beating premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and achieving stronger orgasm.

Steps

  • Lie flat on stomach keeping your feet hip-width apart.
  • Place your arms by your sides.
  • When you exhale, just fold your knees and hold ankles.
  • As you inhale, lift up your chest off the ground.
  • Pull your legs up and back and look straight ahead.
  • Stay at this pose for 15-20 seconds.
  • Gently release your ankles and bring yourself to normal position.


For all the above exercises, use a good yoga mat. In case, if you are uncomfortable in doing ant asana, avoid it and seek consultation.
