Hello. Eat healthy food including all green leafy veges and fresh fruits and include salad in your diet. Drink 10-12 glass water daily to keep you hydrated. Include nuts in your diet. Avoid oily food and too much spicy food because it leads to oily skin and acne. Use mild soap for face. Apply sunscreen on face half an hr before going out in sun. Wash your face with plain water twice a day to remove extra oil from face. You can use homoeopathic soap silk n stay to wash face. All these will help you.

I have fever from 3 days and I take paracetamol tablets but fever is not cure please help.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
I have fever from 3 days and I take paracetamol tablets but fever is not cure please help.
Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Headache: Facts & Ways to Deal With It

MD - Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Gurgaon
Headache: Facts & Ways to Deal With It

Headaches can be troublesome and hamper the day to day activities. It does not let you concentrate on anything and the simmering pain can be irritating.

Headache is a pain in any part of the head, including the scalp, upper neck, face (including the eye area). A primary headache is caused by problems with or overactivity of pain-sensitive structures in your head. A primary headache isn't a symptom of an underlying disease.

The three most common causes of a primary headache are:

  1. Migraine
  2. Cluster headache
  3. Tension-type headache

Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including:

  1. Changes in sleep or lack of sleep
  2. Skipped meals
  3. Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates
  4. Alcohol, particularly red wine
  5. Poor posture
  6. Stress

How to deal with headache:

  1. Find your Triggers: Find and limit your triggers like certain food types as well as stress and certain seasonal changes. Stepping out in the summer with an umbrella and avoiding caffeine or too much of chocolate and cheese can also help in alleviating the pain. Stress is also a major factor that contributes to headaches and should be avoided in order to prevent or stop the pain.
  2. A Soothing Break: Find a quiet place with dim lighting to take a break that should ideally last at least half an hour to one hour, or even more. This will help in diminishing and removing the pain. You can also use a cold compress and get yourself a massage.
  3. Take an Over the Counter Drug: Taking an over the counter drug for instant pain relief can stop the pain and give temporary or long term relief, depending on the kind of headache you are experiencing. It is advisable to speak with a doctor before taking any kind of drug.

For fever what ido

BHMS
Homeopath,
For fever what ido
Self- Care (management) of Fever at home: The 3 goals of home care for a child with a fever are to reduc e the temperature, prevent dehydration, and monitor for serious or life-threatening illness. See Your Pharmacist or Medical Professional if the person with a fever or pain is a child, especially an infant if the fever is accompanied by a stiff neck, headache, sensitivity to light, irritability and/or vomiting if you have a temperature above 39°C if you are very unwell, lethargic or feel delirious if your fever is accompanied by a painful, persistent sore throat or rash if you are sweating heavily at night if you also have diarrhoea, particularly if you have just travelled overseas, as this may be a sign of infection if your fever has lasted more than 48 hours (in adults), comes back or is not helped by medicines if you take other medicines; sometimes fever may indicate a serious side effect if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; you may need to avoid certain medicines if you have other medical conditions if you have allergies to any medicines Treatment Tips a lukewarm or cool bath or flannel can comfort and reduce a fever; do not put children in a cold bath do not use hot water bottles and electric blankets; wear light clothing and keep bedding light drink plenty of water or rehydration fluids since fever can cause dehydration measure temperature regularly; make sure you know how to use a thermometer measuring temperature in the rectum is more reliable, and forehead strip thermometers are less reliable when taking the temperature in the mouth, wait at least 10 minutes after eating hot or cold food, and measure just before giving medicine digital ear (tympanic) thermometers are used in children and need a good technique to get accurate results Acetaminophen (Children's Tylenol, Tempra) and ibuprofen (Children's Advil, Children's Motrin) or Paracetamol are used to reduce fever. Follow the dosage and frequency printed on the label. Remember to continue to give the medication over at least 24 hours or the fever will usually return. (Do not use aspirin to treat fever in children, especially for a fever with chickenpox. It has been linked to Reye's syndrome which causes liver failure. Ibuprofen use in chickenpox is also being questioned.) Encourage the child to drink clear fluids such as non-carbonated drinks without caffeine or juice (not water). Water does not contain the necessary electrolytes and glucose. Other clear fluids are chicken soup, Pedialyte, and other rehydrating drinks available at your grocery or drug store. Tea or other caffeine-containing products should not be used. They act as diurectics and increase urination and fluid loss. This is not the effect you want. Your child should urinate light-colored urine at least every 4 hours if well hydrated. The third goal is to monitor the child for signs of serious or life-threatening illness. A good strategy is to reduce the child's temperature to under 102°F (39.0°C). Also, make sure the child is drinking enough clear fluids (not water). If both these conditions are met and your child is still ill appearing, a more serious problem may exist.

Hi , face packs and scrubs are not the things that let you get rid with your marks and your skin tone. Daily rub aloe vera and leave over night. This will clear your marks and complexion too. Avoid going in sun by keeping your fave uncovered. Do not use harsh soaps and washes on your face. With homoeopathic treatment you can have a flawless skin and glow like you have never experienced before. Regards,

* Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---causes scars, pores and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. To start with, take Pulsatilla 200—once daily in the morning and give feedback after 5 days.
