Hello doctor. My father he is 52 years has diabetes. He got to know before 1 month when he went to doctor and doctor said he has 480 sugar. Then he took medicine and another test after few days came out with 174 sugar level and third test is 168 sugar level. Now before 1 week the test came out with 91 sugar level so doctor said this is too low. It should be increased till 120. So please suggest me what he should do and eat to attain that level. He is been too weak. And I am so worried about my father. Please suggest.

Don't you worry.. Don't give too much attention to sugar level for a while... Just focus on right health, right diet plan and also on normal leaving style.. Reason of sugar is mainly fatness., tension, too much workout, bad eating habits, excessive drinking tea or coffee.. Walking is best remedy for sugar level.. No matter it is low or high... So in morning first do walk in Park... Must do yoga and light exercise.. Dont Drink tea or coffee.. Just have green tea without milk.. Eat green veg and salid more.. Use desi khand instead of sugar.. Don't take sugar in liquid form like cold drinks, juices, sugar in tea etc... When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you could even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day.? Including the following foods in your diet is also a good idea. Foods are Milk. Egg Banana Oats Breads Puffs Energy bars- Energy bars like granola bars might not be healthy if you are trying to lose weight, but it?s a good option for those trying to gain it. Dear user. I understand. The higher rates according my opinion is fatty liver. Because nowadays people are less to do sport and like to eat fastfood, while on fastfood there were high cholesterol and if body difficult to convert it. The cholesterol will circulate around your body through the blood. So on the lab test the lipid profile show high level (high LDL, trygliseride, and total cholesterol. But low HDL). LDL was bad cholesterol, while HDL is a good cholesterol. If the cholesterol to much in our body it can be deposit through all your body but if the lipid deposit in your liver it can cause fatty liver. Fatty liver is a condition where the surface and inside your liver cover by lipid. Sometimes lipid can kill the healthy liver cell, so that makes lab test for SGOT and SGPT increased. Exercises and food control can reverse the fatty liver condition. Talk to your doctor. Take care.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Exercise. For 45 minutes daily. Have almonds, raisins and dates - soak them overnight and have it in the morning followed by a glass of warm milk. Apart from that you need to have lot of proteins - pulses, sprouts, eggs and milk.

There may be cavities n deposits on your tooth consult to a dentist to rule out the cause and then get treatment. Fillings should be advise if cavities n scaling n polishing n antisensitivity toothpaste should be advised if deposits are the culprit.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Hello , leucoderma is socially embarrassing illness. It is slow growing, it definitely got very good treatment in homoeopathy. For now start with medicine ars sulph flavum 30 3 times for 3 days then wait for a month. It helps most of the cases. But considering the long duration of illness it is best if you start treatment by consulting proper homoeopath. Thank you.

Hello, 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the face,wash it off after it dries.

Hello, there should not be any chance of pregnancy considering ipill rightly taken within 72 hrs. If there is a withdrawal bleed after 7 days then she is safe.

Hi lybrate-user, Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed*Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. Prefer fruits and green vegetables. Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don’t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day’s action. Don’t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. This will not allow you to sleep. LCD screen will also have adverse effect. Day’s physical exercise makes you tired and induces sleep. *A warm bath in the evening will also be helpful. Low volume music also induces sleep. Keep your bed room neat, dark and cool. You may cover your eyes with bed sheet. *Drink plenty of water during the day rather than toward bedtime. Don’t have stimulating drinks like tea or coffee. Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed is fine. If not releived of your problem revert me back ill help you as apart from doctor I have 10 years experience in Yoga and meditation. Tc.
