First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Yograj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hello Doctor. I have my graduation day in 3 weeks and my acne marks have been reducing but its taking too long. My dermatoligist gave me ointments many ointments for my dry skin and acne. He told me that first the acne should go and then the marks. He also gave me an acne marks cream. But I have no acne on my face , I just have acne marks. What do I do? Will exercising or eating certain fruits reduce the marks? I dont want any ointments. So can you please help doctor?

Hello. Acne marks lighten gradually. To hasten the lightening, a dermatologist may advise you in clinic procedures like peels or microdermabrasion. Having fruits and regular exercise will help you in the long run but would not reduce marks in a short time.

As you have missed the period by 7 days you should get the urine pregnancy test done asap. Symptoms of pregnancy starts 15 days after the missed period.

Lybrate-user, it is possible to lose 10 kg in 3 months by adopting a healthy diet & lifestyle regime. You have to take a calorie counted food. Avoid any food with lots of calories in it. Eat more fruits, pulses, vegetables to satiate your hunger. Reduce carbohydrate from your plate. If you can walk then walk for 20-30 mins daily (increase the duration gradually. Learn meditation it will keep your body calm & you will get lot energy & positivity.

I M HAVING HEADACHE FOR few days. And whenever I am taking a little amount of tension. I start getting faint or I can say my head starts spinning. Homoeopathic treatment HAIR SERUM ( WOLFE DIETRI) Apply on hairs 2 hour before bath twice a week JABORANDI OIL ( WHEEZAL) Apply twice weekly esp. in the hair roots ,leave overnight and wash with a good shampoo Report after 2 months 1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. • 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 1yr. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). My serum cholesterol is 210 vitamin d3 60 serum est 20 I use to smoke ganja 6 to 8 cigarette per day, I am trying to leave this habit but still unable to do that. Please advice me (food & work out) tips for good health.

To control hair fall, I would advice you to : 1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.
