To treat your skin problem- * Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Take Vitamin-A capsule of 25, 000 I. U. Daily for atleast 28 days only under the guidance of a doctor. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on effected skin and leave it for 15 minutes • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

To solve the gas problem & increase your hunger, I suggest you these best tips- * take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily once. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * if you still do not feel hunger and feel some heaviness in stomach then check out your liver function test and take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking alcohol and smoking. * check out your thyroid profile and take proper treatment if results are positive. * regularly take a citrus fruit like orange or a glass of lemon juice atleast for 1 month.

Hi lybrate-user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Hi, avoid stress, take one egg daily in morning breakfast. Dalia. Green veg. Whole grain foods, salaad, chicken 350 gm twice a week. Protein / minerals / vitamin rich meals daily. Take lassi, drink 8 glass water daily. Fruits juice once daily. Banana, apple etc once daily. Do exercise and yoga.

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) try to take liquid diet only for few days 6) walk upto 4-5 kilometres daily. A) take 4-4 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyavardhini vati after meals. B) take 30 ml of khadirarishta and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 60 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. C) take 20 ml of garlic juice and 20 ml of fresh lemon juice before meals. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.

Hi. A properly planned diet and some medicines can increase your weight. Your intake of food and requirement of energy for your daily works should be matched properly. Its just like your bank balance and your daily expenditures. Naturally if you spend more your bank balance will decrease day by day. And if you save the bank balance will at least remain same and also you can add to it. I will suggest a properly planned diet for you according to your daily work.

The sound of the joint is called crepitus. The capsule and cartilage of the joint is loosening. So the sound comes. Do passive movement regularly. Reduce weight and use knee caps while walking.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, spacy, fast, junck foods. Take simpal veg home made food with salad, green vegitabales, milk. Wash face with neem face wash dry than applydermacid cream on pimples scares in night.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Please follow the below recommendation for your condition: without exercise not possible to reduce weight. Diet, exercise, and behavioral modification should be included in all obesity management approaches for body mass index (bmi) of 25 kg/m 2 or higher. Other tools, such as pharmacotherapy for bmi of 27 kg/m 2 or higher with comorbidity or bmi over 30 kg/m2 and bariatric surgery for bmi of 35 kg/m2 with comorbidity or bmi over 40 kg/m 2, should be used as adjuncts to behavioral modification to reduce food intake and increase physical activity when this is possible. Do treadmill for at least 30-45 min daily. Many obese people are advised to follow a juice diet or the juice fast for a period of a week or so, so that they can shed the excess extra pounds faster. Health and nutrition experts advise people to consume fresh fruit or vegetable juice for obesity.

Hi I'm from Tamil nadu and female 45 old. I have stone 1 cm in my left ureter below 4.2 cm PUJ. So i do RIRS (holmium) on 9 may. I do that procedure after 4 days clear urine like tap water same time yellow color. But now blood in urine not much and stab on my urine exists place. My doctor prescribed me citrosoda (4g) 3 per day. Please tell me what can I do. My another question is how can I know infection in my my ureter, kidney and stent area.

Hi Ms. lybrate-user, mild hematuria (blood in urine) is common after RIRS. This can be due to blood coming from previous site of stone impaction or due to stent movement. Even if a drop of blood mixes with urine, the colour change looks alarming. There is no need to worry about small amounts of blood in urine. Your doctor would have prescribed some anitbiotic to continue after the procedure to prevent infection. Unless there is fever, flank pain or significant burning during voiding, there is no need to worry about infection.

Hair care is easy and simple procedure, get ready to try it. Here, we are discussing some of home remedies, caring tips and white hair treatments to have black, long and shiny hair. Very first we are discussing causes for white hair in detail and lose their natural color in teenage?

Causes for premature graying of hair:

(1). Melanin pigment deficiency: Melanin pigment is responsible for hair color or natural hair color, grey hair is occurs due to absence of melanin pigment. Take more nutrition food and supplement with vitamins and protein to increase the production of melanin in the body.

(2). Hereditary or genetic deficiency: It is possible that, premature graying of hair may be a genetic or hereditary disorder. The hereditary problem takes a long time to treat or sometimes it doesn’t works. So we can say that, the genetic premature graying or gray hair is most difficult to treat permanently.

(3). Stress: Stress is a common and problematic disorder and everyone is suffering from it. According to a research on graying of hair, stress is a targeted reason for graying of hair. Therefore, avoid stress and stay happy and calm. Meditation is the best way to eliminate stress and anxiety.

(4). Lack of nutrition’s or unhealthy food: Best nutrition elements should be included in your daily food, also take some vitamins and protein supplements. Gray hair may occurs due to insufficient nutrition’s such as iron, copper, iodine and vitamin b. Healthy food and supplements play a vital role to stay healthy. So eat a proper healthy and organic food.

(5). Excessive intake of fast & junk foods: You should be aware about these foods; it is very harmful to health. So, you should be avoiding of eating of oily, salty, fried and fast food. You can always try to eat more nutrition and organic food to stay prevent from gray hair.

(6). Excessive use of chemical and cosmetic products: Be aware about chemical dye and cosmetic products such as soap, shampoo, oil etc. These unsuitable products may be causes for premature graying. Try to use organic and herbal product to keep your hair healthy and natural.

(7). Excessive consumption of alcohol and smoking: Alcohol and smoking is dangerous to health. It can be harmful for body cells or even damage them. You should choose a right way to live a healthy life. Avoid alcohol and quit smoking for a better life. Also avoid the use of tobacco.

(8). Medication reaction: Sometimes premature graying may be due to medication reactions or therapy's effect. Research shows that medication or therapy might be a reason behind gray hair. We can also call a bed reaction of medication. Therefore medication should be used only under the supervision of a physician.

(9). Careless nature and sedentary lifestyle: Most of the people are use hair conditioner and other hair products instead of hair oil. So, the hair doesn't get a proper nutrition in the absence of hair oil. You should use hair oil or oil massaging daily to prevent gray hair otherwise if you do not care then it may be possible to turn white.

(10). Allergic infection: Hair could become white from allergy or pollution infection. Therefore try to avoid the place which is full of pollution or dust. Also wash properly your hair from herbal shop or shampoo when affected.


Follow the following steps to turn white hairs black.

1. Lemon and amla (gooseberry) powder

Gooseberry (amla) is the best source of vitamin c with anti-aging formula that reduces the melanin pigment deficiency and works to recover the dead cells from the scalp. And lemon has the antibacterial, anti-fungal and antioxidant properties that helps to cure from hair-fall, damaged hair and white hair problems.
Lemonpowder of indian gooseberry (amla) pure water. Method to prepare the remedy: Mix juice of a lemon, two teaspoons of water and four teaspoons of indian gooseberry (amla) powder. Mix well make a paste; then leave it thoroughly up to an hour.

How to use: You can apply or put this paste on your scalp as shampoo. Leave it for 20 to 25 minutes. Thereafter, wash it thoroughly with clean water. But remember, avoid use shampoo and soap when you are using this remedy to getting effects of remedy.

Note: Apply this paste on the scalp and hair roots.

Special caution's:
Be careful while washing hair it shouldn't go into eyes. Use it every fourth day in a week. Then, you can get all white hair black in a few months. You can use soap, shampoo and hair oil except the day of applying the paste. If possible, the use of herbal (ayurvedic) shampoo, soap and oil would be a much better choice. Pure amla oil can be used as hair oil. Massage this paste to the hair roots. By using this remedy, you will get rid from all the hair problems. 2. Henna (rosemary) powder and amla (gooseberry)

Henna is the excellent herbal remedy to coloring the white hair; it's a natural coloring product that you can easily make at home.

Mix some organic henna powder and amla powder into water to make a paste. Leave it for at least two hour. Then apply this remedial paste to you scalp or hairs. Wash it after one and half hour to get natural coloring of hair.

3. Triphala powder

Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall.


4. Bhringraj (false daisy) oil

Bhringraj is an ancient ayurvedic herb that works to treat all the hair problems. The oil made by its seed is very effective to reduce the symptoms of graying of hair.

Mix one teaspoon of bhringraj oil and one teaspoon of amla oil; mix well. Gently massage on your scalp and hair roots before sleeping. It is perfect combination to get rid from graying of hair.

5. Shikakai (acacia concinna) and amla (gooseberry)

Shikakai and amla has been used traditionally for hair care by ayurveda since ancient times. Even shikakai is known for hair care. It is the best herbal product and natural shampoo for hair. Also we can say that, it is the effective treatment for gray hair.

Take 12-15 seeds from shikakai fruit pods and make a fine powder to grind them. Soak this powder into a glass of water and also add 3 tablespoon of amla powder, leave for overnight. Strain and wash your hair with this water. It is a natural shampoo for hair; use it on a regular basis for couple of week to get a long, shiny and black hair.

6. Onion

Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth.

Another effective way

Onion and lemon juice: - you can also use this effective method to get rid of premature greying, hair fall and also with the dandruff.

Take 3 teaspoon onion juice + 2 teaspoon of lemon juice, mix well. Apply it on your scalp as dye and leave for 30 minutes, thereafter wash off with warm water. You should use this method 3 to 4 times in a week to get effective results.

7. Castor oil

Castor oil has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that help to cure premature graying and baldness. Massage or apply castor oil on your scalp to get beneficial. Use at least two times in a week; apply at night before you go to bed and wash in the morning to get effective results.

8. Black tea

Black tea is natural ingredients to treat gray hair. It works for darken your hair and make them soft and shiny. You can try this formula to get rid from premature graying.

Mix 3-4 teaspoons of black tea into a glass of water and bring to boil. Boil it for five minutes and allow it to cool. Strain and apply this water on your hair or wash your hair with this water. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes before wash. Use this method twice or trice in a week to get rid from gray hair.

9. Black sesame seeds:

Sesame seeds have been a source of food and oil since thousands of years; it is the best source of edible oil. The black sesame seed may be small in size but it is an effective source of antioxidant and nutrition’s. Also it is the rich source of protein and omega 6 fatty acids that helps to preventing your hair from turning white. According to medical research, it can also help in reversing the process.
