There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is less than 18 years so your number will increase now till 18-20 years of age whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

I am having Blood Pressure for the last one year my bp was 140/100 consulted with the doctors he prescribed medication 2 tab in the evening and one tab. In the morning, I stared walking for 1 hr and change in diet plan. After few months of change in lifestyle my BP was controlled and doctor advised to take only 1 tab. Snumlo .5 mg for the last 3 months I am taking this medicine and now my bp is controlled 110/80. My question is that I do not want to take the tab for my bp can you help me?

Dear lybrate-user Thanks for sharing your concern. Generally BP medicines are given for long time or lifelong. It's not necessary. But to be on safe side doctors advice to continue the medication. Yes you can stop your BP medicine, but with few thing to keep in mind. Follow the thumb rule to maintain your BP with lifestyle medicine. 1) Monitor your BP regularly say every week. 2) Eat low Sodium salt (avoid pickles, salty wafers, canned food) 3) Eat Potassium rich food (Ripe Banana, Black Grapes, Red bell pepper, Radish,onion, etc) on regular basis. 3) Drink at least 3 to 4 ltrs of slight cold water. 4) Do regular Cardio vascular exercises (walking and cycling. Avoid jogging, skipping rope) 30 mins daily 5. Do deep breathing exercises for 5 mins after your cardio exercise.

Dear Mr Krishna.....Sildenafil is indicated for use only before sex......But it should not be repeated frequently.....Long continued use of SILDENAFIL may result in spermatorrhoea.....If you want an alternative for SILDENAFIL then i would advise to take a GERIVIT-FORTE Capsule(Ayurvedic) just one hour before sex

I am very thick. By the way, since childhood I eat a lot. In school days, I was a guy to bring most of lunch, still in college too. I eat oily, sweet dishes and lot other fat containing things but nothing worked to build up my muscles. Despite I am done gyming too for a month, I quit because of no good result. Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

Do not use such tablets Limit your screen time staring at computers, TVs or phones in the evening before going to bed Do eye check-up. Also check if you are having any cervical spondylosis. Also take Belladonna 30 – for headache one dose when required.

Hello less weight is sometimes common according to age. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

Dear, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please post a private question to me and I will help you with "effective learning" techniques. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli.
