You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Nat phos 200x + Kali mur 200x ,4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Home remedy for Dry Cough: 5 basil leaves, 4 black pepper, 4 munakka, 5 gms liquorice (mulethi), 3 gms banafsha - boil these in 200 ml of water till it becomes 100 ml. Filter it. Add 2-3 patasha in it and drink lukewarm for 3-4 nights...sleep well covered. Dry cough will be relieved. Also continue to chew Mulethi. you can also have Steam with vicks although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Take physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercise. Use lumber spine belt. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium; multivitamin and vitamin d 3.

There might be possibility of developing frozen shoulder or periarthritis shoulder. Hallmark of Periarthritis shoulder is night pains & restriction of movements at shoulder particularly backward movements. Goodmorning I have understood your question. Kindly use a chest binder while playing so that you get a support to your chest. You must also start on breathing exercises. This will enhance a better rob cage repair and care. You must have sprained your chest muscles.

Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

Don't strain to the neck because ur occupation also increase the neck pain so best treatment for cervical spodylitis is adjust to the vertibral column of cervical part than taken for IFT(Inter ferrential therapy) this way is best

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then massage it and give hot fomentation. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid tea coffee. Fermented food. Junk food. Spicy food. Do exercises and pranayama early morning. Avoil alcohol consumption.

I am 18 years old. I have a severe pain in my lower back. I had a mri done in december 2014 according to that I have a minor slip disc. All the doctors have sent me to a physiotherapist. I have been exercising regularly but still there is no relief. What should I do?

You are too young. These symptoms should not be ignored. Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. Best wishes.
