Hello, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x + Nat mur 200x. 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days and consult private online.

Most probably you are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello. The answer to your question can be given very vaguely coz you have not specified your both legs starting and ending points of pain. Assuming it to be starting from knee. Then my friend you have landed ypurself in one of teh most common and easliy treatable disease. As per your age, I would highly recomend an x-ray before I make any comment so as to know extent of your bones involvement. And then see you so as to treat you. Hi. Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it.

Before few days, while dancing (almost after 2 years) I did back lean/back drop, that time I felt nothing, but next morning I was not able to bend backwards and it was paining on my full back. First you need to loose weight, and for which you have to be patient. See a proper physiotherapist for knee issue, and dietician for proper eating habits. YOu should loose weight in couple of months.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area.

Vitamin D is essential for Calcium absorption. In deficiency, dietary calcium is not absorbed, So blood calcium level decreases which may cause tetany. Tetany or tetany seizure is the involuntary contraction of muscles, which may be caused by low calcium that increase the action potential frequency of muscle cells or the nerves that innervate them. Involuntary contraction of muscles causes pain in muscles of leg. Further, in response to low serum calcium, higher amounts of parathyroid hormone is release that moves calcium out of bone with resultant resorption of bone tissue leading to pain in bones of leg. Simplest treatment is Vitamin D-3 sachets marketed as Calcirol, I sachet to be taken once in a month for several years.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise.
