My 3 years old son is having bad cough from 2 days. He had fever and cold last week doc gave antibiotics and cough syp he was fine. Now again he is coughing badly. I have piriton cs, ambrolite s and ascoril d at home. Which should I give or wat should I do.

Avoid giving these syrup to such a small baby. Use homoeopathic medicine they are gentle safe and fast acting. Better consult for proper medicine. Or atleast try giving him Kali Carb 30 tds for 1 day and report the next day.

Proper posture of the child in feeding is essential to prevent rampant caries. If a child is fed in bottles containing sweetened additives in lying posture in the night time or sleeps with the bottle nipple in his mouth there is a high possibility of rampant caries and baby bottle syndrome. Brushing the childs teeth at night is a must prefarably with a fluoridated toothpaste but the quantity of the paste given to the child should not be more than one pea size. Visit your child's dentist every 6 months.

Missed or late periods happen for many reasons other than pregnancy. Common causes can range from hormonal imbalances to serious medical conditions. There are also two times in a woman's life when it's totally normal for her period to be irregular: when it first begins, and when menopause. Stress Stress can throw off your hormones, change your daily routine, and even affect the part of your brain responsible for regulating your period — your hypothalamus. Over time, stress can lead to illness or sudden weight gain or loss, all of which can impact your cycle. If you think stress might be throwing off your period, try practicing relaxation techniques and making lifestyle changes. Adding more exercise to your regimen may help get you back on track. Low Body Weight Women with eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia, may experience missed periods. Weighing 10 percent below what’s considered a normal range for your height can change the way your body functions and stop ovulation. Getting treatment for your eating disorder and putting on weight in a healthy way can return your cycle to normal. Obesity Just as low body weight can cause hormonal changes, so can being overweight. You may be having stress and anxiety.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise,play some game. Practice yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercise. Take a light dinner.Avoid tea,coffee after dinner.Go for a small walk after dinner.If possible take a bath before sleep.Avoid day time sleeping.Read some light magazine or interesting book before going to bed.Avoid late night. Consult for further advice

1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. Masturbation is a healthy way of relieving sexual tension. It is normal, not harmful and it is not going to cause any marital problem. However it should be done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. Don’t feel guilty about it

I came from gym, then after shower when I was about to wear shorts and raised my left leg, I felt pain in my lower back (upper buttock centre portion. You could have injured your back unknowingly at the time of exercise,may be due to wrong posture or not lifted any weight correctly..so there could be a minor bulge in the disc or soft tissue injury.Best would be to avoid exercising for a week,rest as much as you can and dont take any massages,avoid lifting any heavy weight,don't bend forward or sit unsupported.Do ice compress to the painful area 3-4 times a day,can apply some nise gel.If it doesnt help consult a doctor.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is a condition in which a man meets an orgasm before his partner wishes. Common causes of premature ejaculation are anxiety and too much sexual stimulation..Implementing certain techniques can help you rectify this problem without taking any sort of medications. 1.The Stop and Start Method The stop and start method helps you last longer while making love to your partner. This technique is comprised of three phases: First, you need to become excited sexually with the help of a partner or by masturbating. Then, at the point before reaching your climax, you need to stop and hold back. Next, take some deep breaths and relax. Once you are calm and in command of your emotions, repeat the process again. The method involves learning to understand when you are approaching orgasm, and trains your body to control timing to prevent premature ejaculation. During this process, you also naturally learn inhaling and exhaling techniques. 2.Kegel Exercise Kegel exercises aim at strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. To correctly implement the technique, you need to know how to tighten the correct pelvic muscles. One approach of finding the muscle is by sitting on the toilet seat and urinating. Stopping the urine flow leads to the tightening of the pelvic muscles.I recommend a technique to carry out the exercise properly: Start by emptying your bladder completely. Then tighten the pelvic muscles for nearly 10 seconds. Relax the muscles for another 10 seconds. Repeat the exercise three times a day with 10 repetitions each time. 3.The Squeeze Technique Mastering this technique requires a lot of practice and uninterrupted time. During foreplay, have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft. After the squeeze is released, wait 20 to 30 seconds, and then continue with foreplay. Have your partner caress and stroke the entire genital territory. This includes the glans, the shaft, the testicles, the perineum and the rim of the anus. Becoming cognizant how each part works during sexual activity, is the major focus and intent of this approach. Upon reaching the point of orgasm, have your partner squeeze your penis again until the urge to ejaculate is gone. Repeat the exercise three times every week until you notice improvements.
