Change food habites add in your food calcium vitamins and minerals proteins green vegitabales salad milk end milk products etc Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you do meditation 5 minuties per day. Do not sleep during day time. Take 3 drops of KevaKAMD drops in a cup of normal water empty stomach after 30 minuites take breakfast or 30 minu ties before lunch end dinner you can increase drops up to 5 in morning end 5 in night as per age.

Hi lybrate-user Your probleum is indicating towards Urinary tract infection. However it may also be anxiety related. Follow these advises- 1) drink ample amount of water so that you urinate adequate number of times in a day. 2) Buy syrup alkasol from chemist and drink that 2-3 times in a day. 3) Try doing meditation for 20-30 minutes in a day to relieve anxiety along few few breathing exercises (slow breath in and breath out in still sitting posture) Follow these for few days and consult me again.

It could be due to hyper acidity 1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

Hi, for tonsils and throat infection, avoid cold drinks, pickles and oily food 1. One antibiotic for bacterial infection 2. One nasal decongestant tab like m cold or d cold 3. One anti inflammatory drug for sore throat 4. Video consultation if required.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, nut, cashew, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. For weight gain, no need to take any kind of medicine you should focus on your dietary pattern, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories like pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins can take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Go for exercise. Include more protein rich food in your diet as well as carbohydrate intake. You should take frequent meal, include combination of dry fruits, seeds in your diet.
