Her food ingestion is probably not correct and she may be having acute gastritis due to wrong ingestion of food you should make sure that the baby is having enough oral fluid to avoid dehydration. Best thing would be to consult a child specialist.

My daughter is 15 1/2 months old. She is of just below 10 kg. She is almost feeding only cow milk1 1/2 ltrs. However force fully she also eats 1/2 chapati and some amount of rice, but no vegetables. She likes only milk when hungry. What to do to improve her weight.

Breakfast – 7.30 to 8 am One of the following: Apple rice cereal Rice milk cereal Sprouts vegetable soup Moong dal soup Egg, (Fully boiled or scrambled in very few drops of oil)(babies above one year) Idli with rasam or sambar (sambar for babies older than 12 months) Set dosa atta halwa (Wheat cereal) apple oats porridge vegetable oats porridge(blend it in a blender till smooth) milk oats porridge Sabudana kheer Sago carrot payasam Barley kheer Apple Ragi halwa Ragi malt with badam powder chickpeas soup (babies older than 15 months) barley vegetable soup (blend till smooth) Sweet corn vegetable soup(blend till smooth) quick fix breakfast (for 8 to 18 months): Nestum rice (stage 1) with almond milk Nestum rice with homemade curd (plain yogurt), add water as needed while mixing Mid-morning – 10 to 10.15 am One of the following: Steamed apple (raw apple for babies older than 12 months) Banana or steamed kerala banana (if baby has cold) Papaya Chikoo (sapota) Avocado Melon Other fruits like watermelon, pears, oranges or 2 tbsp of fresh homemade plain curd / yogurt (3 times a week, avoid when the baby has cold & phlegm, prefer room temperature. As the baby grows you can increase the quantity) Lunch – 11.30 to 12.30 pm Try using whole grains like Ragi or finger millet Broken wheat (daliya). Half basmati brown rice with half white rice. half millets with half white rice. Soak them for about 2 hours in warm water before cooking. Use hulled foxtail millets known as thinai arisi/ korra biyyam/ navanakki- for babies above 10 months. Try one of the following Dalia khichdi (vegetable broken wheat food) Sweet pongal Venn pongal(skip pepper, hing) Dal khichdi with one of the vegetables: spinach, methi, pumpkin, carrot, ridge gourd, bottle gourd, tomato Methi khichdi Tomato dal khichdi (no veggies) Potato rice Sweet potato rice (make the same way as potato rice, you can add a bit of jaggery instead of salt) plantain rice recipe (raw cooking banana with rice) urad dal khichdi vegetable oats khichdi Chickpea toddler meal for toddlers not for babies Indian baby food with chickpeas and methi leaves (11 months, only for babies not having colic) mashed rice, dal with tomato rasam, rasam made with rasam powder mashed rice with moong dal rasam or dal ka paani (bassaru) mashed rice with drumstick sambar or sambar (15 months and above,mash up the veggies along with the rice, try using homemade sambar powder) For a lighter meal, if the baby has colic mashed rice with dal ka paani with a pinch of ajwain(strained dal soup) Mashed rice with milk Mashed rice with yogurt (avoid this frequently) Mashed rice & banana (if needed puree) Mashed rice with tamarind / daniya rasam Mashed rice, carrot with daniya rasam sabudana porridge with salt and ajwain (vaamu / carom seeds) powder rice porridge with salt and ajwain powder Mid noon – 2.30 to 3 pm Fruits or steam cooked mashed veggies Evening snack -5 to 5.30 pm One of the following: Large serving of Milk whole grain cereal Ragi malt with milk (almond powder can be included) Millet porridge (will post the recipe shortly) Almond milk with powdered corn flakes or nestum rice (stage 1) carrot baby food (can skip almonds) carrot milkshake or carrot juice smoothie (babies above 1 year) Dinner – 7 to 7.45 pm Please Note: Feeding late can cause indigestion and the infant may not sleep due to colic. Avoid feeding heavy foods. Dinner should always be light, nutritious, mostly vegetable based. For babies from 10 to 12 months prefer light foods from breakfast section. Avoid egg & nuts. For babies above 12 months : Any foods mentioned in the breakfast and lunch can also be served for dinner. Other options mashed rice with dal ka paani (strained dal soup) Mashed rice with milk Mashed rice, carrot with daniya rasam rice porridge with veggies Rice with dal ka pani (bassaru) and light cooked vegetables. Rice with tomato rasam and light steamed or cooked vegetables. Bed time – 8.30 to 9 pm Large serving of Milk. Make sure there is a gap of at least 1 hour 30 mins in between the completion of dinner and milk. For babies above 12 months: If the baby is still hungry after the milk, can feed some light crackers. foods should be attarctive

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take homoeopathic medicine nat mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 7 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Dear user white discharge means there is some kind of infection. Get your self investigated for urine routine test, for white discharge you can take fitkari in lukewarm water n wash the area with that water, you should avoid junk food, spicy food, curd, cold items. For more you could consult me.

•Try to eat every two hours a day. Small meals instead of three large ones. Avoid oily food and sweets as much as you possibly can. •Try and set a routine for yourself and follow it! No excuses whatsoever. Remember there is no shortcut to weight loss. •Exercise. Cardiovascular exercises work best with weight training. To bust the myth, lifting weights does not mean you will get bulked up like men! •When you have time for yourself, you could put some music and dance. •Reduce the intake of caffeine, drink green tea instead of coffee. •Then the usual stuff – have lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables everyday. •Include egg whites and lean meat (chicken, fish etc) into your diet. •Ever-changing work schedules make it difficult to maintain / reduce your weight. But following a strict diet always helps.

Hello lybrate-user, I needs more description about you condition. Anyways I have a basic solution for skin infection. 1 would recommend you to take some medicine. 1. Tab. Arogyavardhini vati 1 tablet twice a day with water after meals 2. Haridrakhand 5 gms twice a day with warm water after meals 3.mahatikta kasayam 15 ml twice a day before 30 min of meals 4. Jatyadi oil apply on affected area twice a day.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

Choose good carbohydrates: whole grains pay attention to the protein package: good choices include fish, poultry, nuts, and beans. Choose foods containing healthy fats. Plant oils, nuts, and fish are the best choices choose a fiber-filled diet which includes whole grains, vegetables, and fruits. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Limit salt intake. Choose more fresh foods, instead of processed ones.

to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule.
