Hi, I am computer software professional and I sit on chair and work for long hours. I have developed a lower back pain and neck pain. I have this pain from last 3-4 years. Pain is not severe I used to apply some pain relief ointments and sometime I went fie yoga practice also. Now if I continuously sit for 2 hours then I get severe pain. Please let me know what should I do.

Take breack after 30 minutes for 10-15 seconds, walk for 10-20 steps & again seat on chair, proper seating position is must, take warm water for drinking, medicated oil massage, hot fomentation, cows ghee in regular diet, milk & milk products, take dry fruits, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, regular exercise, do yoga ,pranayam daily, avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, avoid dry foods, excessive salt intake, food kept in fridge, avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, avoid tobacco, smoking,alcohol etc. If any of these addiction. Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Many men who suffer from hair loss are found to have zinc deficiencies. Zinc plays a key role in many of the body’s functions, from cell reproduction to hormonal balance, and all these functions affect hair growth. Perhaps most importantly, zinc manages the glands that attach to your hair follicles. When you’re low on zinc, these follicles become weak, causing strands to break off or fall out. To combat this problem, eat zinc-heavy foods such as red meats, poultry, mussels, shrimp, nuts, and oysters. Excessive amounts of zinc can eventually lead to hair loss, so it’s best to stick to a zinc-heavy diet rather than eat these foods and take a zinc supplement.

Hello, please get a serum beta hcgtest done as of now to rule out pregnancy first. If negative test then you may wait for your menses to resume naturally.

You seem to be anxious about your future prospects about work and security about having stable income. Well that is something to worry if you haven' t got a job already and not enough to sustain you through the" no work" period. Do you have savings that you can depend on, have you posted your cv and given interviews? this might take time and you might just have to hold out and do your best and hope for the best. Be realistic and optimistic rather than worrying. Your present company isn' t the only one in the market. There are more players. Try to be calm and think objectively and gather your resources and use them. Even if you don' t land anything, at least you have given it a shot and did your best. Regarding the boy, you need to know if you are interested in him as future partner or not? is he ready to hold out and wait for you while you are searching for a job. If you can, take him on board and tell him what' s going on in your life. Also you might have to decide between giving in to his demand/ request vs. What you see as important for you right now. You are 24. If you can wait to get married, then why not? be assertive about your dreams and desires but talk to him respectfully without blaming him or yourself.

Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. Sunscreen should be both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether it is raining or not. Use a cap or a scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a glares. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. Drink two litres of water every day. Munch on papaya, pumpkin, black grapes. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which will soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Consult on private chat with clinical photographs for prescription.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. There is no relation with masturbation.

You may be having hyper acidity of stomach so you have to take regular antacid milk is a good antacid drink it regularly. Have lot of water by mouth. And lot of leafy vegetables. Sometimes occasional stomach pain do occur due to infestations of interest final warms like hook warm round warm and tape warms. Normally one should get dewarming done at least once in a years if not six monthly.

Nutritional deficiency, excessive stress & debilitating disease can cause ulcer. Exercise regularly. Have a balanced diet. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Increase dietary intake of vitamin B, folic acid, iron and use of vitamin supplements etc under medical supervision if blood tests confirm low concentrations

Try drinking plenty of water before eating food. You can also add salad before eating the main course. There will not be space left in your stomach to eat the whole course. You can also shift to heavier exercises which will suppress the appetite for the rest of the day.

Warm water is best as it is lighter to digest & boosts metabolism, which in turn, will burn fat. Cold water slows the metabolism, you won't be ablle to digest whatever you eat & will put on more weight.
