They are indeed a blessing as they are a rich source of necessary nutrients and minerals. Carrots are full of biotin, molybdenum, dietary fiber, potassium, vitamins K, B1, B6, B2, C, and E, manganese, niacin, panthothenic acid, folate, phosphorus, and copper.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning

Hello, You Can take 1.Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days ( maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day ) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. get your BP checked 6. regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga and kindly get your CBC checked and review with reports and kindly give me complete history of your headache for further Management like like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis

I am 59 years old male. I have been experiencing pain in my left heel every time I get up from sitting or sleeping position. Pain could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's.

Dear, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. Morning sickness is one of the unpleasant experiences during pregnancy. Some women dread at the thought of it. It is more common in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, especially with the first child. Allopathy attributes this to hormonal changes, vitamin deficiency, dehydration, etc.   Homeopathy believes that this morning sickness happens with the physical, emotional, and biological adjustments that the mother has to make with the new baby growing within her. As with all conditions, homeopathy believes in not just giving a medication to cure the nausea but to identify the associated symptoms and manage the woman as a whole entity.

Some of the popular homeopathic options available are listed below:

  1. Colchicum:  The mere thought of food intensifies the nausea, especially fish and eggs. Any movement increases the nausea. There is an urge to consume carbonated drinks. The woman chooses to sleep with her knees drawn close to the chest.
  2. Sepia: The smell and thought of food worsens the nausea sensation. There is a craving for vinegar, sweets, and pickles.  There is a feeling of heaviness in the pelvis. This exhaustion leaves you with a feeling of indifference to close family and friends.  Exercise can improve the feeling.
  3. Pulsatilla: Staying in a closed, stuffy room make the nausea worse.  Being out in the open air makes it better.  Walking makes it better. The craving for sweet and fatty foods is high, but that worsens the nausea.  Water consumption is reduced. Mood is unpredictable, wanting comfort and reassurance.
  4. Nux Vomica: The woman wakes up from bed with a nausea, but not able to vomit out. The woman is hyperstimulated and feels very anxious and stressed.  Light and sound can also add to the irritation. There is a strong insomnia component to this woman. 
  5. Cocculus indicus:  Loss of appetite, with even the thought or smell or sight of food making you nauseous.  There is a highly tired and fatigued feeling.  The person can feel chills, vertigo, and loss of sleep. The symptoms are usually worse in the afternoon.
  6. Ipecacuanha:  The nausea is severe and constant, but is not relieved with vomiting.  There is profuse salivation and constant spitting. 
  7. Tabacum: The nausea in this woman is persistent, is worse when in a warm room, and induced by even the slightest smell of tobacco. The nauseas feels better when there is fresh air movement, might ask for the car windows to be open.  There is also an urge to leave the abdomen uncovered.

In addition to these, some tips to avoid morning sickness include eating a dry cracker before getting out of bed, avoiding fatty foods for dinner, drinking plenty of water, and including a lot of ginger in your diet.

Skimmed milk, double toned milk, fat free/sugar free yoghurt, 9 calories per gram is caloric content of mufa, it can be taken in moderate quantity.

No will not cause stone problem. If you r having stones and your urine examin shows oxalate crystls than only chance of calcium stone will increase, but not necessary to totally avoid spinach or tomato.

Please use coconut oil which helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. Hi, My father (Age-67) has gone through kidney stone operation (left sided pyelolithotomy) on 4th January, 2016.
I hope it was successful. Though it was removed, he has to follow certain dietary modifications for the problem not to be repeated again. About 80% of all kidney stones are composed of calcium and other minerals, usually a combination of calcium and oxalate. In some cases dietary adjustments help to prevent the recurrence of these types of stones. Increase fluid intake: this is the most important preventive measure for all patients who develop kidney stones. It hinders the formation of stones by diluting the urine. The biggest portion of calcium in the diet comes from milk and foods made from large amounts of milk, such as cheeses and yogurt, dark greeny vegetables. Too much may cause calcium stones. Sugar, sodium, and animal protein: it has been found that too much of these may also aggravate the development of calcium or calcium oxalate stones. A diet high in animal protein affects certain minerals in the urine that may promote the formation of kidney stones. Insoluble fiber also speeds up movement of substances through the intestine, so there will be less time for calcium to be absorbed. When vitamin c is used by the body, oxalate is produced.
