I have problem of hairfall and dandruff and problem of grey hairs I had so much shampoos. Can you please help me for this problem.

Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. . • To reduce hairfall , Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo . * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits ( Almonds,Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week.It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth. For dandruff problem: Take a bowl of curd , leave this for one day for making it sour and after that apply this curd on your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it with water . apply this in day time ONCE A WEEK. do not apply in evening or night. I am facing Memory issues where A small distraction making me to lose the thing which am doing, somebody ask me to do something even I have something things to do but when times goes am forgetting it. As a remedy I started noting the points that I have to do in a dairy but I forget to look that dairy. And the weird part is I am feeling sleepy when ever I wore an helmet, I am getting perfect sleep that I monitored it using fitness band, am getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day still why am feeling sleepy? I am not under any stress then what might be the reason for such?

You are under stress but you are not aware of it. In fact the reason you are so sleepy could be due to depression! You must get into some vigorous exercise program everyday and a few other things I recommend here. Stress can foil memory and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. In the meantime do some of the following: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, broccoli, blueberries, fish, coconut oil, wheat sprouts, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.

What are the various types/quantity of ideal meals for dinner for age group above 30 years which can be digested easily without putting load on the Jhattragni. Daily intake of Dal or vegetables ratio can be quantified for Good Health of family members. Whether hot milk can be right choice at bed time or it can be avoided after the age of 18 years, when body needs of calcium is not there. As per Naturopathy no food at all is advised in the evening, what is scientific advise of allopathy for this, explain with logics.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder at night before sleep and eat seasonal fruit and eat dinner till 9 pm daily.

First I will suggest you to do health check up. Beside that follow these. Eat extra amount of food more frequently. Use whole cream milk or milk shake. Use weight gainer nutritional supplement which has no side effect. Add sugar with milk, yogurt. Add cream with tea/coffee. Add ghee, butter, cheese, honey, jam, jelly with food extra. Take more fish, egg, lean meat, peas, peanut, mushroom, tofu, lentil. Add extra healthy oil in cooking. Eat more nuts, seeds. Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest and do exercise to stay healthy.

From last few days I am having loose motion aftr I eat anything and its lyk flash of water as stool. Though I exercise everyday half an hour eat proper healthy food fruits and mostly vegetarian.

Hello dr, mere father ko loose motions ki prblm aa re h around 2 mnth ho gye stop ni ho re. He says he feel gas in stomach then washroom jana padta. Blood test me wbc count is 18000. Dr. say it is infection. Bt I want to knw hw much time it will take to get fine? As having loose motion 5 6 time daily and fr 2 mnth is se weakness buat ho jati h.plz suggest me.

for chronic diarrhoea please rule out tuberculosis if it is associated with weight loss , abdominal pain,lack of appetite. also do a colonoscopy to rule out serious causes. also rule out lactose intolerance . take econorm sachet once a day for 10days. take tab unienzyme twice daily 10 days. (treat amoebiasis(flagyl)and helminthiasis(albendazole)if not treated already) drink ORS in boiled water. wash hands thoroughly before eating. take injection neurobion alt day for 10 days. tab racecadotril 1tablet twice or thrice daily. treat the cause if you find any through investigation as the above mentioned treatment is just supportive management.

Dear, These are some reasons for dark circles: * Lack of sleep * Stress * Lack of nutrition * Anaemia Follow these instructions and methods to reduce dark circles : * Eat green leafy vegetables and a bowl of cereal daily .Drink a glass of milk daily in night . Do not skip food eat on time . You can drink carrot juice daily or eat raw carrots . * Take proper sleep 6 to 8 hrs daily . * Drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily . * Apply moisturizer around the eyes do massage slowly for 3 to 5 minutes daily . Consume fresh fruits and juices like carrot, grapes, anar etc, coconut water during day time and in early morning, milk with adding haldi powder 3 gm + pure ghee 5 ml daily in later morning. To reduce chicken pox scars follow these methods: * eat protein content food in your diet. Eat a bowl of cereal daily. Do 40 minutes cardio everyday. Running or treadmill @ 7-9 kmph. Do 10 mins abs daily. Drink more water. Eat more fruits. Eat less oily and sugary foods.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.
