You can certainly avoid artificial protein n supplements as any excess can be dangerous and damaging. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values and that can offer additional support when you need it.

I am a girl my age is 18 I want to gain more weight I am very thin I want to be fat what should I do to be fat.
Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

To decrease weight try the tips:: 1. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 2. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 3. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 4.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 5.Drink 15 glasses of water daily. Get T3,T4, TSH tests done to rule out thyroid disorder.

No please dont continue to use it for this purpose as it contains steroid and antifungals that can cause reaction and skin thinning if used long term. I would advise you to go for natural measures like claening and toning/ facials and utbans at home with gramflour/ milk etc.

To reduce stress eat more of Omega 3 essential (which can not be manufactured by the body hence we have to eat from outside) fatty acids foods like flex seeds, Wall nuts, uncooked mustard seeds, salmon fish of fish capsules. Your body will be able to manage your stress better.

I am facing the inching problem in anus part. Consulted to so many Dr. They told I have a problem of intestinal worms. 4 or 5 times I have consulted to different Dr. They gave me albendazole, metronidazole, fluconazole, anti bacterial clotrimazole. Actually when I use it I give me relief. But again I facing this problem. I think intestinal worms getting uncontrollable. Should I consult to homeopathy Dr. Regarding this matter. Please consult me. Drink plenty of water. Avoid chillies in any form. Eat high fibre diet. Do sitz bath. Please get liver function test, tsh and ultrasound whole abdomen done and upload the reports.

For such prolonged fever its recommended that you get ur blood checked first for common infections like malaria,typhoid etc.. U can take dolo-650 mg for fever

My hair is naturally brown in colour and just b4 3 years in some place of my head skull there grow white hair. Its happened only after I applied a garner hair colour fo style. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.
