Stress performance if plotted on a graph is a bell shaped curve some degree of stress improves your performance but if stress overshoots a point then performance declines. For reducing stress while studying 1. Make a to do list of topics before starting. 2. Prioritize the topics to be read and study accordingly 3. Take intermittent breaks of 10 min during studying 4. Listen to soothing music or talk to your dear ones 5. Do not compromise on your night sleep as it improves long term memory 6. Before beginning next day recall or rehearse the topics studied day before 7. Take healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated 8. Try to learn meditation and practice daily.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. This keeps the blood sugar levels on an even keel, which means one feels full longer and are less likely to binge on unhealthy foods when trying to lose weight.


EGGS :-

Low in calories :
One hard-boiled egg contains 78 calories, making a good addition to meals if the goal is to lose weight. Also, remember that to lose weight, one must burn more calories than one consumes; therefore, following a diet made up primarily of low-calorie foods, including eggs, is a sensible way to achieve this.

Low in Fat :

With about 5 g of fat each, eggs are appropriate for weight loss, as they make it easy to stay within the recommendations, but don’t forget that fat content increases when eggs are fried or scrambled.


FISH (SALMON):-
Salmon is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. Fishes like salmon, contain docosahexaenoic acid, or DHA, and eicosapentaenoic acid, or EPA. Salmon will reduce the amount of triglycerides in the blood and increase the levels of HDL, which are known as “good” cholesterol. HDL works to transport fatty substances out of the body. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids will correct abnormal blood lipid levels, if used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle.


RICE BRAN OIL :-
Rice Bran oil contains Gamma Oryzanol and this helps reduce the absorption of cholesterol, and is also high in Omega 6 and vitamin E. Studies have determined that foods high in Omega 6 fatty acid actually help reduce excess body fat. They are also beneficial because they help reduce inflammation.


OLIVE OIL :-
Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which promote heart health by decreasing “bad” LDL cholesterol without reducing the “good” HDL cholesterol. The invisible healers within this “liquid gold” also work to prevent cancer, inflammation, and may even play a helpful role in diabetes and weight loss. Several other studies indicate that monounsaturated fat enhances the body’s breakdown of stored fat.

Lung cancer may not always give out noticeable symptoms in the early stages. Most cases get diagnosed in later stages. It can happen to anybody irrespective of age or geographical location although smokers fall under high risk groups. Prevention and awareness can help. Check these lung cancer symptoms as early screening/diagnosis may help people fight the disease.

1) Unstopable Cough: Be cautious if your cough lingers. While a cough associated with a cold or respiratory infection will go away in a week or two, a persistent cough that lingers can be a possible sign of lung cancer. Don't dismiss a stubborn cough, whether it is dry or mucus-producing, as "just a cough." See your doctor right away.

2) Disrupted Chronic Cough: Pay attention to any changes in a chronic cough, esp. if you smoke. If you are coughing more often and it has gone deeper or hoarse, or you are coughing up blood or more mucus than usual, it’s time to make a doctor’s appointment.

3) Short breath: Shortness of breath or becoming easily winded is also a possible symptom of lung cancer. This symptom occurs if lung cancer blocks or narrows an airway, or if fluid from a lung tumor builds up in the chest. Keep a track of how quickly you go short on breath. Does it happen while taking stairs or doing routine jobs is a question to answer.

4) Wheezing: When air passages of the body become blocked, constricted, or inflamed, the lungs produce a wheezing or whistling sound as you breathe. While it can be due to other causes, wheezing is also a lung cancer symptom, which is why it demands your doctor’s attention. If wheezing continues, don’t assume it’s asthma or an allergy. Let your doctor find out what's causing it.

5) Chest Pain: Lung cancer may cause pain in the chest, shoulder, or back area. These aches may not be associated with coughing. Consult a doctor if you notice any type of chest pain, whether it is sharp, dull, constant, or twitching.

6) Hoarse Voice: If there is a noticeable change in your voice that stays for more than 2 weeks, or if someone else points out that your voice sounds hoarse or deeper, get it checked out by your doctor.

7) Loss of weight: A sudden and unexplained loss of weight can be associated with lung cancer or another type of cancer. Cancer cells use energy in the body. Do not ignore it.

8) Painful Bones: If it gets spread to the bones, lung cancer may produce pain in the back or in other areas of the body. This pain may get worsen at night while resting on the back. Notice your aches and pains, and discuss them with your doctor.

do not take asprin in fever now a days. go for tests cbc,mp,widal, ns1,blood c/s, after tests you can take antibiotics medicines by consult a doctor. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest ,

Flat foot at times causes pain. But we must rule out other causes as well rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. You must have x rays of your feet done. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Heat in feet could be due to some neuropathy.

To get fair colour of skin follow these methods : • Apply a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water . Apply this pack once in a week . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . Apply this pack twice in a week . * Apply honey on face for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily . • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .
