Depression should be objectively treated as an illness. Low mood, withdrawn behaviour, lack of interest and motivation, low energy and anxiety are symptoms of the same. Please lift yourself and approach a psychiatrist asap, the earlier you start, the earlier you are likely to regain your ownself. Medicines alongwith psychotherapy should take care of you completely. Take care.

It's a spasm of muscles of that region where you feel the pain. Digestive system needs to take care of. Infection if any has to be removed. I suggest you to clean the gut by mild purgative. Also in home remedy fry little pure asafoetida in ghee. It would swell. Make powder. Add black salt and ajwain seeds. Take 1/2 to 1 tsp with hot/ warm water preferably during meals.

Before doing chemical peeling try the remedy for a month it will also help,.. Combine one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Mix them well and apply it gently on the skin. Leave it on for 10 to15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Do this every other day

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Premature ejaculation is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration, with minimal sexual stimulation. Inmost of the cases, premature ejaculation is due to psychological causes like anxiety or stress. Occasional Premature ejaculation is common with everyone and there is nothing to worry about it. The more you worry about it, the more it will worsen. I suggest online sex education and counseling. Take care.

Do massage 10 min with dhurdhoorapathradi cocanut oil and leave it 30 minutes and wash it off with methi paste do it 15 days and inform the result.

Psoriasis is a skin condition tends to come and go its a fast turnover of skin layers-skin cells avoid stress, smoking, injury, alcohol etc we follow allopathy--use daily moisturing cream to keep skin hydrated during flare uo may have to use some topical steroid creams.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

I have migraine from 3 years when it comes I cannot tolerate the brightness. And no any other symptoms. What's the permanent treatment for this?

If you have more than 2 episodes of migraine in a month you can take prophylactic therapy like propranolol, flunarizine,naproxan, sumatriptan.p lease see a physician for prescription. For immediate relief take paracetamol 500 mg two tablets or dispirin one tablet. Also take vitamin and mineral supplements.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports consult privately

Stop juices. She should eat proper food instead of crash diet and staying hungry. Eat 2-roti sabzi dal. At lunch and dinner. Take Non Veg only once a week..>> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. .>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried foods..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim..>> Love yourself and respect your body.

Though you are lean I hope you are free from diseases. You may kindly check on that by discussion with doctor. What you may follow for proper weight gain is: adequate sleep practicing vajrasana, a type of sitting stance described in yoga, after intake of meal, to strenthen your digestive powers good and proportionate intake of fat building food with proper exercise having banana and eggs (if consuming non veg) in correct proportion daily.

I suffer a back and leg pain on left side and I can not sit correctly when I am in work then pain gains more and more.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 1 month.
