Jujube is loaded with a lot of nutrients like calcium, phosphorus and iron. It is also a rich source of Vitamin C, B2 and A. •Soak a handful of jujube leaves in a bowl of plain water overnight. •Strain the water and drink it every day in the morning before having your breakfast. •You will see visible results of weight loss on regular consumption.

My mom is 83 and her health is good very active also. But lately she finds it hard to remember me as a daughter. These are early signs of dementia. This can be helped with right nutrition. Make her stop white sugar & refined & packed products like oils, biscuits, bread, salty snacks, maida made stuff, all milk products. Increase intake of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads. Less cooked food. You should see improvement. Try for a few weeks and let me know the outcome. Reach out to me for further help.

Today my 17th day scan done after hcg injection my follicle was ruptured and endometrial lining thickness is 9.1 now and free fluid seen in pod. Now I want to know this there is chances of pregnant this month. And how many times we have to intercourse. And I want to know life span of egg.

life span of egg is 48 hours which is enhanced with the help of injections. fluid in pouch indicate some infections around uterus and mostly treatable with the help of safer antibiotics to be given during or before pregnancy

LIver is not at left side Vikram. Hope you do not get it, while walking or climbing stairs. If yes give details about it. If it is not related with exertion ,then. Area and type of pain you are mentioning is commonly due to gases, occasionally there are other causes ,but I think you should first take medicine for gases. Take Shankh Vati 2 tabs thrice a day with warm water, after food, it is safe and will be effective for your proble.

Hello lybrate-user. Just take. Tab. Laxmivilas ras 2 - 0 - 2 Sitopaladi churn 1/2 tsp twice a day, mixed with 1 tsp honey. Also take tulsi n ginger tea.

Aching joints are among the most common health complaints, and they can happen for reasons too numerous to count. If you, suffer from the occasional twinge in the knee or feel your elbows demanding some tlc after hours of slogging at the desk, I have some advice that will bring you relief. I have tried each one of these, and felt better each time. The good news is, these remedies require very little effort, and yield great results. Feast on carrots: did you know that carrots have been used for centuries in chinese medicine as an effective remedy for aching joints? simply grate a carrot in a bowl, and squeeze some lemon juice on it. Enjoy raw or steamed. Carrot nurtures the ligaments, bringing relief from pain. Munch on soaked fenugreek seeds for joint pain relief. Munch on fenugreek seeds: my grandmother? s favorite remedy for joint ache. She would soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in clean water overnight. In the morning, she would drain off the water and munch on the seeds. They taste slightly bitter to begin with, then slowly and pleasantly sweeten as you chew. According to ancient indian healers, fenugreek is? warm? in nature, which makes it helpful in healing your joints. Drink more water: among the lesser-known benefits of drinking more water is that it softens cartilage and keeps it hydrated. Water helps you maintain an adequate blood volume so that nutrients can move through your blood and into your joints. It also moves waste away from your joints, making them less likely to ache. Eat more onions: they are a famous anti-inflammatory food. They contain phytochemicals that improve your immune system. The sulfur compounds in onions inhibit the enzymes that trigger pain. A study establishes that fresh onions have an analgesic effect similar to that of morphine. Massage the joint: a gentle massage with warm oil eases inflammation, improves circulation and relaxes your muscles. As a result, your joints feel better, too. A tried-and-tested home remedy for knee pain in our household is to heat two tablespoons of mustard oil, along with a whole clove of garlic (which is also known for its inflammation-fighting properties). When the oil is still hot but not scalding, start massaging your aching knees with it. It brings immediate relief.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.
