Hi. I am 36 year working women. Since my husband's job involve lot of travelling, I had to stay alone most of the time at home. We don't have kid too. My job is also a bit complex. But I am not able to focus on my job cause of lack of pleasure/ family life. I am suffering from depression, loneliness, forgetfulness and am becoming silent in a way that I don't feel like talking, mixing with people. We both also fight a lot during weekends when we are together. I don't know how to come out of these situations. Five days job pressure and weekend goes in fighting. I feel like I am loosing interest in living.

Hi lybrate-user. Its because of depression that you are having fights and these symptoms or because of fights you are having depression. It is clear its depression and I guess you can take some psychotherapy counseling sessions to help you manage. On screening if its found that medication is must or severity of disorder is more then you can also take medication. Consult me or any psychologist for same.

The foul smell in your mouth is due to accumulation of food debris, which is a result of inadequate maintenance of oral hygiene. I suggest that you get thorough professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist, and use antibacterial mouthwashes thereafter. You should also clean your tongue twice daily with a tongue cleaner. Following all these measures will solve your problem. The process of filling the gap between teeth is known as orthodontic treatment, wherein you will be required to wear braces (an appliance with wires) for anywhere between 6 months to 1 year, depending upon the exact condition of your teeth. However, this treatment will serve as a permanent solution to your problem. You teeth alignment will become better and your smile will improve, These days, braces, similar to the color of teeth (ceramic braces) have also become available which are potentially much better looking than the conventional silver appliances. Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Fluids should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicines 1.Sulphur 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning for a week 2.Weisbaden 200 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.
