There are many conventional allopathic sexual pills in market such as adegra, viagra, penegra etc. Refrain yourself from using such pills as those pills contain a steroid called sildenafil. This steroid has a unique temporary effect on erectile problems. Patients using these pills for first time often report that their penis remain strong even after ejaculation. Such effects leads the patients to use sildenafil for prolonged course of time as they often feel that a full erection is possible only after taking sildenafil. Moreover it is very low cost & easy availability of this steroid has made it quite common as sexual medicine. But the bitter truth is prolonged use of sildenafil will permanently disable the normal physiological process behind erection & will render your body to become solely dependent upon sildenafil for erection. As a result you won't feel any slightest normal erection without taking sildenafil. This is an irreversible condition & it cannot be treated by any means. Once you attain this condition you become a life-time customer of that steroid sildenafil because you have to take sildenafil in order to satisfy your partner. As prevention is always better than cure I would advise you to check the composition of any sexual pills before buying. Discard any sexual pills which contains sildenafil in its composition.

Right coronary is the dominant artery in majority of people. It all depends upon the extent of block in RCA which will decide the exact line. If the block is at the osteum then angioplasty must be done.

7 hour night sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull and day time sleep even after exercise is not good for health, you can take rest for half an hour in day time

Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

Most sports beverages are well-diluted and contain relatively few calories. If the flavor of a sports drink helps you drink up and maintain hydration, by all means enjoy. Hi Amulya There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately.

Hi Iswar., As you are mentioning about gastric problem but in detail if you mention what all the symptoms you are having is better to give an advice. 1 sleep on your back. Side-sleepers are more prone to drooling during the night simply because gravity is causing the mouth to open and allowing drool to pool on your pillow. Try sleeping on your back and tucking yourself in so that you do not shift around during the night. 2 prop your head up. If you can't sleep without laying on your side, trying propping yourself in a more vertical position to encourage your mouth to close and create a better air flow. 3 breathe through your nose, not your mouth. The main reason that people drool is that their nasal sinuses are clogged. As a result, they end up breathing through their mouth and drooling in the process. Try applying sinus-clearing products like vick's vaporub and tiger balm directly under your nose to loosen clogged nostrils. Step 3 smell essential oils such as eucalyptus and rose before going to bed to clear sinuses and soothe yourself to sleep. Take a hot, steamy shower before bed to allow the pure vapors to cleanse your sinuses 4 treat sinus infections and allergies as soon as they surface. Untreated conditions can cause postnasal drip and excess saliva while you sleep. 5 find out if any of your current medications cause excess saliva production. Excess saliva can be a symptom of many different medications. Read the warning label and ask your doctor about potential side effects of your medications.

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day. Take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey. Avoid tea and coffee.

Allergy and asthma are very common in India and the Asian subcontinent. Allergies have a significant impact on quality of life.

Myth 1 Allergy-related diseases are uncommon

Reality: Incidence of allergy-related diseases have doubled in the past few decades.

1 in 3 people suffers allergies at some time in their life.
1 in 10 people are suffering from Asthma.
1 in 100 has life threatening allergy known as anaphylaxis.

Myth 2 Allergies are harmless

Reality: Allergies negatively impact the quality of life for example tiredness, irritability, poor quality of sleep, poor scholastic performance in children.

Allergies to food, drugs and insect sting can cause a severe systemic reaction that can lead to death.

Myth 3 Moving to another place can cure Allergies

Reality: Moving away from the source of allergen may improve your allergy symptoms. But these allergy symptoms reappear after some time as allergic peoples prone to develop new allergies.

1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 1-2 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. It does not cause aids/hiv/sugar problem.

My mom was affected with SAH and later got affected by vasospasm. Right side is paralysed. Latest CT report shows that there is a hydrocephalus formation. Doctor is advising for a surgery. My Question is that we do not have a reclining bed at home and we are giving food through a rayls tube and she is always lying down even when we are feeding her. Does this affect in any way?

Hydrocephalus may need a shunt procedure to keep intracranial pressure normal. Continuously in bed may cause bed sores and bladder infection if regular posture changing is not attended. If her bladder is catheterized, outer urine bag emptying should be done properly so that urine from bag does not return through catheter in to the urinary bladder. Apply talcum powder to the back and keep the skin dry, especially in these days of summer.

Take natural 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine .
