The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I have pimples and marks on face and body, it is for at least 7 to 8 month, I have consulted to doctor but its nothing happen so.

Pimples are due to hormonal changes, pollution, excess sweating on face, application of cosmetics, wash your face 4 times daily with face washes meant for acne stop applying any creams on face except pimples ointment take Dr. Prescribed tablets depending on severity avoid junk foods avoid milk foods getting pimples in teenage is normal for any person but not taking treatment modifies your face with lot of problems like marks and scars to correct these problems it needs peels, dermaroller and lasers.

It can be inflammatory in nature, due to an underlying systemmic cause or a generalized deficiency. Hello lybrate-user According to your height as mentioned here ideal weight should be 70 kg. You can achieve this goal by using some tips. @ Do regular exercise and yoga kapalbhati. These activities help to improve your body metabolism which leads to enhance your appetite. @ Eat protein and carbohydrate rich diet. @ Drink plenty of water. @ Avoid any bad habits if you have. @ Take adequate sleep. You can also take some additional food suppliments like my "wieght gain package" which help to improve your weight.

I am 30 years old and have been suffering from seizure since 2001 have tried various medication Tegrital 200, tegrital 500, Valparine 200, Valparine 500, Torvet 500 and now Torvet 1000 currently taking Torvet 2 times a days have not faced seizure for the past 1 year. Hello lybrate-user, you need to gain 15 kgs to be at your ideal weight. Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if diabetes is well controlled then invariably the person feels fine, all symptoms are in control. Please give me the details like fasting, pp sugar levels, hba1c%, present drugs with dosage, diet pattern and extent of daily exercise that he does. In diabetes apart from taking correct drugs it is very essential to have a restricted diet that provides exact calories based on ideal body weight and regular exercise of at least 1 hour a day is a must. This helps in reducing resistance to insulin and improves its action and gives a feeling of well being. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3.
