Hi, I have some problem in my right eye there is no vision and the pressure is also high there are some white spots like cloudy in my eye doctor gave me some medicine but I'm not satisfied with his check up he is saying that I have to put medicine long life he also told that I have ulcer in my eye.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. In the past, patients between 60 and 75 years of age were considered to be the best candidates for total knee replacement, but improvements in artificial knee technology and surgical techniques have made knee replacement an option for both elder patients as well as younger patients.

In a traditional total knee replacement, the damaged areas of the femur, tibia and kneecap are removed and replaced with prostheses. Patients whose joint damage is limited to one area of the joint may be candidates for partial or unicompartmental replacement.

Hello. Getting High Blood pressure at such an early age is sad. But, before reaching to the conclusion that you have High BP, it needs to be properly confirmed that your BP remains high all the time. Because, many times, BP rises only temporarily while you are checking your BP at a clinic, due to anxiety or tension. This is very popularly known as White Coat Hypertension. And this is a very non-harmful thing. Maybe you are having only White Coat Hypertension and not real High BP disease. Take care.

Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. I am a 21 years age male, and I am more slim than a slimmer.:(i started eating every healthy food like morning milk with banana and chuara dipped into milk and chana. And night time also milk and banana. But my weight is yet 44 kg's. All makes fun of me. Suggest me something. And please dont advise doctor. Nothing happened after even showing doctor. Don't worry dear you will be alright at your age most of the people have same problem because its a growing age donot get depressed always remember slow and steady weight gain lasts for a long time. 1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after 10 days, will start medication which can increase your weight without any side effect.

Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p. M. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television.

Dear lybrate-user, hello, can you relate the onset of your pain to a certain activity or posture at work? the most common causes of backache at your age are either prolapsed intervertebral disc or lumbosacral strain. You must sleep on a firm mattress and use commode. Do hot fomentation and apply a local gel twice a day. And wear a ls belt. Take some pain killer for 1 week or so. And have physiotherapy for 7-10 days. Once your pain is controlled. Learn and do exercises regularly. Take care.

Start waking up early make a fixed time table of your daily activities including sleeping and waking up times and follow it strictly you may find it difficult initially to start the day early if you have not been able to sleep at proper time but then force yourself for a few days and slowly you will get into the habit of a fixed daily routine.

Are you have vomiting, fever, extremely weakness. If yes check your serum total, direct bilirubin for evaluation of jaundice. Otherwise you need not worried about that. Take plenty of water, fluids, salt and sugar in the ratio of 1: 4 with hot water.

Any itching due to fungal cause will be cleared by Ring guard and Candid powder. Now that the itching is persisting it might be due to your skin in the thigh region having turned allergic. It could be contact allergy to 1. Cloth. So try to avoid all tight undergarments. Use new cotton underwear loose fitting and wear it only when you go outdoors. 2. Wash the area with warm salted water often. 3. Use once daily anti allergic tablet (called antihistamines as a group) at bed time after consulting your local family doctor. Take it for 20 days. Calamine lotion is also good to be applied at bed time.
