Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Hi. A properly planned diet and some medicines can increase your weight. Your intake of food and requirement of energy for your daily works should be matched properly. Its just like your bank balance and your daily expenditures. Naturally if you spend more your bank balance will decrease day by day. And if you save the bank balance will at least remain same and also you can add to it. I will suggest a properly planned diet for you according to your daily work.

Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

You have symptoms of gingivitis ie. Infection in gum because of plaque deposition. Get scaling and polishing done. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash.

I am 26 yrs, height 6 feet, weight 51 kg. Night fall usually have a dream & after sex with a girl, sperm discharge, means a little bit sexy dream one will have, if he faces night fall but there is totally opposite situation with me, I face sperm discharge in alternate days, sometimes continuously 4 to 5 days, but my sperm discharge 10 to 15 times in a month, what I know a bit about my problem I am sharing with you. Actually after 4 am I realize some movement in my penis & I realize that sperm is coming out from my penis suddenly I wake up & see my penis then I find that sperm is on the top of penis & parts of it coming out. It happens in situation of night fall. But I am pretty sure that I don't see any girl in my dream for sex then Why I face this problem. Nightfall, means I don't have any sexy dream in my night fall. Then why in alternate days I face sperm discharge problem. I don't know that it is becoz of gas problem in me due to which I face this or not. I also cure my self to avoid this but it is not off. I don't take rice at night, take light food, still problem is with me. During the day I don't think about sex. I am totally afraid with this prob that's why I don't even see any girl on the way if comes across, but now I am feeling weak. My eyes is coming in side. People say that it's normal. But the situation which I am facing is not normal. I only have sexy dream in 2 or 3 month only 1 tims which create a sexy clips between me & girl after a while then I discharge. I don't feel bad becoz I know this time night fall takes place & it's called a nightfall becoz I have a long sexy dream & it happens only 2 or 3 month (once in a blue moon, sometimes) but the way of sperm discharge as I mentioned above without any sexy dream is terrifying me & I am totally confused & worried. Here I say that in my teen age I was in a habit of masturbation & I continued it for 5 to 6 years around 2500 times I did masturbation btwee 14 to 21 years age) but Now I am 27 years & last 6 years I stopped it when I came to know it's harm full effects. I hardly did 7 times masturbation during last 6 yrs. But the problem which I mentioned of sperm discharge without any sexy dream is with me for last 6 yrs. I want to know, the above problem is due to excess of masturbation which I did in my teen age or not. Whom should I meet for this problem, urologist, cardiologist, gastrologist. please help me I am becoming slim being 6 feet my weight is 50. please help me if this, Sir this is creating problem in my daily routine of life. Dear user, correct your posture first. Avoid forward bending, heavy weight lifting for few days, wear lumbosarcral belt. Use hard bed when you sleep. Take hot fomentation, apply pain relieving gel on back. Do lumbar spinal extension exercises. Change your position after every 45 minutes. Do it this protocol for 5 days and then revert. Thanks.

Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.

Hello Lybrate user according to ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause. Home Remedy- Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Upon noticing improvement, continue for several more days. Treatment- 1-take sarpgandha vati twice a day. 2-yogendra ras. Akik bhasm works very good in case of hypertension. 3-Take pranacharya no tens capsule twice a day Diet-avoid salty diet. Oily food. Lower your stress. Do pranayama early morning.

These are the cause of whitening of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to lack of nutrition • Use of chemical products such as hair colur , hair dyes • Due to pollution For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions : • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself . • You can apply amla powder , Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it . • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo . • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily ,and a glass of milk also .You can eat cheese or soya protein . • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .you can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent whitening of hairs . •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.
