You need to face the situation in life boldly and suicide is not a solution. You can seek the help of good friends or a counsellor and do meditation and yoga, read books and listen to music and go to women's club if possible

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Did you used to fast for long hours (self dieting) or miss meals? this tends to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. To loose with heathy food like eat every 3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, limit aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day. Hi Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. Massage around your eyes lightly with almond oil before you sleep at night.

Hi His nutrition basically includes low calories, low carbohydrate, high fibre and high protein diet. Let him eat small meals at frequent intervals. Drink 2-3 litres of water a day. Avoid white rice, refined flour, sugar, excess salt, excess oil, bakery products, fruit juices. Have a cup of fruits as a snack and not with meals. Exercise regularly. Take lots of green tea without sugar.

YoU can try natural remedy like Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice. Gently apply this mixture on your dark circles and allow it to sit for 10 minutes. Rinse it off well with cool water. Follow this remedy twice a day for 2 - 3 weeks to see results.

Thanks to the cold weather, people love to have piping hot foods to quench their hunger. Of these foods,samosas,bhajjias,wadas top the list. We doctors and dieticians see a upward trend in the number of clients with Gastro problem ,spike in blood sugars and as well as gain in body weight. Today , i am going to reveal the 3 most easy tricks to keep yourself hale and healthy.

  1. Consume atleast 2 seasonal fruits ( Oranges/ black grapes/ strawberries). Donot worry these foods would not cause you cold. These fruits infact help you to safeguard against common cold owing to its rich nutrient content. Do consume it in fresh form .

  2. Toss up you salads and soups with lemon or amla juice as both are potent source of Vit C and antioxidants. Increase the intake of soup to control your hunger pangs

  3. Reduce the intake of Dairy products as it is known to produce cough especially in cold seasons.

Happy winter and enjoy your foods though in moderation but donot forget to follow the tips !

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

It seems your pain is a result of faulty posture. Adopt good posture sit tall shoulders back neck straight chest forwards. Take frequent breaks while sitting for long time. Do hot water fomentation on your neck 2 to 3 times a day for 10 mins. Do neck and shoulder exercises two times a day. Do chin tuck ins, neck up and down, side to side, take your arms up and down, and then up from the side. Learn this exercises from a physiotherapist.

Use SBL Homeopathy Jaborandi Hair Oil Take some oil in hand and dip your fingertips in oil. Then using the tips applies that to roots of hair and rubs gently. Leave it for whole night. You have to wash the hair next day and it would help to make you get rid of hair loss and other hair issues as well. You can use the same as regular hair oil.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Before few days I was admitted in hospital. They did all reports blood. ECG. Chest X-ray. Brain scan. Etc. As I felt too dizzy in morn. And then final report came of VERTIGO effect. While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry,  etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. Dermatologists or plastic surgeons usually give several treatments with a "pulsed-dye" laser. Laser treatment is often started in infancy when the stain and the blood vessels are smaller and the birthmark is much easier to treat.
