Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Soak your heels in salt water for at least 10 mins. Scrub the hard tissue to remove. Apply cutfar ointment or jatyadi oil, 2 to 3 times a day. Take mahatikta ghrita of south indian pharma, 15 ml (melted) with a half of glass of hot water 1 hour after the meals, 2 times a day. Avoid eating at least for an hour after having mahatikta ghruta. Avoid excess tea and other caffeine items, maida items, bakery products. Take 3 to 4 liters of warm water a day. Good luck.

Hi, * stress/anxiety/depression are the main causes of insomnia. * to over come stress/anxiety and depression, you should go for meditation for 30 mnts at the same time this process will inculcate stamina from within to fight, insomnia. * if, possible go for a walk in the morning in open air for an hr. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to keep your blood, diluted. * avoid junk food. If it is still negative on a morning urine sample I would advice you to see a Gynaecologist as you will need medicines to induce a bleed. You will also need a few investigations done.
