How can you take pain killers if you expect acidity. Stop these fancy treatments and immediately see a doctor. You may have pleuritis, pneumonitis, pancreatitis, costochondritis, oesophagitis and yes acidity.

Hello, for controlling bp try to avoid processed foods and salt intake. Can also use low sodium salt. Also for sugar or diabetes problem, atleast walking is important. Meals should be taken at regular intervals or gaps of 2-3 hours. Water intake should also be checked. Do not stress. Try to avoid any kind of alcoholic beverages. Still if required, can have 30 ml red wine once a while.

Consult a nearby cardiologist he will assess if it is really heart psin or not, as it is very unusual in this age if you are very stressed can consult a psychiatrist.

Take medicines on time and follow a few remedies to reduce cholesterol naturally: add two teaspoons of coriander seed powder to one cup of water. Boil the mixture and then strain it. Drink this once or twice a day. You can add milk, sugar, and cardamom to it and use it as an alternative for your regular tea. Boil few leaves of mint with water. Add some honey and pepper powder. Drink lukewarm 2-3 times a day. Do warm daily and stop eating ghee, oily and spicy food.

Hello sir I am 18 yrs old and I am suffering from mitral valve prolapse, I want to now that, is it a serious problem, I was diagnosed with ecg, 2d echo, and blood test, blood test says hyperthyroidism. 5 Risk Factors for High BP!

High blood pressure is a common condition wherein, the long-term force of the blood against your artery walls is so much high that it eventually lead to severe health problems, like a heart disease.

A number of factors can put you at a greater risk for developing high blood pressure (HBP or hypertension). Understanding these risk factors can help you be aware of how possibly you are to develop high BP-

  1. High Dietary Salt/Sodium intake - >5gms salt/>2.3 gms of salt per day increases the risk of developing BP at early age. 
  2. Smoking or consuming tobacco products like khaini etc (even occasional consumption can be harmful).
  3. Stressful lifestyle, anxiety and decrease sleep - Meditation, decreasing daily stress and sleeping 8 hrs a day can help control BP. 
  4. Lack of exercise and physical activity - Daily 30-40 mins of exercise or brisk walking is absolutely essential to remain healthy and avoid BP and heart problems. 
  5. High Cholesterol can lead to blockages in arteries of various organs, which in-turn leads to high BP. Hence getting cholesterol checked annually can help in diagnosing it timely.

Prevention of heart Disease 1.Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental strain 2. Reduce your weight if over weight 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Control your Diet, take plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits and drink plenty of water (8-10 glasses of water daily) 5. Avoid spicy, oily,junk, saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet 6. Take adequate rest. 7-8 hours of sleep is required to remain healthy 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 8. Stop smoking, alcohol and tobacco intake 9. Avoid sedentary life style
