It seems as if you are bothered with constipation/irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat.Add fruits of season to lunch. Extra effort for the problem may be taken in the form of 2 spoons of honey added to half a cup of Lukewarm water every morning empty stomach is excellent remedy. A week or so, if followed the above, still persistent, medicines may be prescribed. Not now. Hope satisfied Regards

You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired that can also be reason to have frequent pain in the whole body especially in the back bone. Once the oxygen levels in the blood comes down it automatically leads to improper functioning of the joints and muscles. It is also due to vacuum created in the joints as once the body lacks oxygen automatically the body becomes arid and that is one reason to get frequent pain the body ie. back bone. The hip muscles become tired thereby straining in a day with any physical activity might lead to back bone pain.. And also wear MCR chappals which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the hip while standing.

You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Take 60 gm kidney beans 2. Add 4 L of water 3. Heat for 4-5 hr 4. Strain the liquid through a fine muslin cloth 5. Allow the liquid to cool 6. Drink 1 glass of this liquid once every 2 hr in a day 7. Do this for a week 8. Do not use the liquid or the beans again 24 hr after the 1st preparation Causes: • Crystallisation of chemicals and minerals present in urine leads to kidney stones it will surely help you.

This is going to sound a little awkward, but my father, 43 years old, regularly visits an astrologer. He said that he would get a heart attack in January. A little background on him: Smoker, Drinker, Loves oily foods etc. For me, this was a wake up call, I have forcefully got him to quit smoking, got him to exercise and i am slowly controlling his diet. Is there anything else I can do? I knew a heart attack would come given his lifestyle, is there any way to prevent it, other than these? You are taking good care of your father but he needs to be more supportive to you and more conscious of his health for the sake of his anxious family which will suffer equally if god forbid he gets a heart attack. He needs aggressive lifestyle modifications after being more aware about it- he is doing it for himself, not a favor to anyone. He is overweight. Reduce his weight by diet & exercise, take help from a qualified person, reduce weight @ 5 kgs/ month only. Get his basic tests done- ecg, echo test followed by a stress test, blood test for sugar and total lipids. Quit smoking and exposure to secondary smoking / pollution. Give up alcohol & oily food along with it. Astrologers do not predict a heart attack but lifestyle plus cardiac reports do predict. Get back here with reports for more guidance.

Hi thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Dear lybrate user, Some times you gain wt without taking proper diet,required. Hence ,take your breakfast,lunch & dinner ,easily digestible on time. Go for swimming, jogging,cycling,skipping. Go for a brisk walk in d morning. Avoid,lift and opt staircase in your office. Take,plenty of water. Homoeo medicine: @ Fucus vas Q-20 drops,thrice with 1/2 cup of water,before each meal. Please. Hi, once the hair has turned gray there is nothing you can so except using the conventional methods like dyeing etc. Further graying can be prevented by using biotin supplements, plant of green vegetables, nuts and fruits. Regards

Here are some #preventive measures that help keep to a minimum the risk of #hiv infection and #aids thus:

  •  if operations scheduled time if you can get your own blood as preserved blood. This eliminates a possible infection by blood transfusion.

  •  #safe-sex avoid sexual practices that blood, semen or vaginal mucus secretion and / injured or diseased skin may come into contact with the couple. Always use condoms during sex. For oral sex, try not to get semen or vaginal fluid in the mouth.

  •  also avoid having sex with many different people. A monogamous relationship only provides reliable protection against hiv and aids if both have mutual trust and can talk openly about possible infidelities.

New studies have shown that infection with HPV (human papillomavirus) can promote HIV transmission through sexual intercourse. Therefore, preventing the corresponding HPV infection prevent the spread of HIV.

Hi, take tab. Crocin 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Record your body temperature. If it goes beyond 102 degrees, go for blood test. Drink boiled and cooled water. Wear loose cotton garments. Consume light and easily digestible food.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time.
