Fever might b because of malaria, some iinfections, take medicine for this or consult doctor they will do some test n will know the exact reason of this.

2 months ago I broke up. Due to this all my friend who are his friend also stop talking to me. Even I didn't tried to talk with them. But till today I cry daily because I miss them so much. How they can just leave me, I was also their friend. But they choose him over me. I know I shouldn't care for them but I do and do a lot. I just can't take it anymore. They even don't wished me on my birthday. I try to be normal, starts laughing more than before, take care of my look more but inside I am becoming weak more. This me is just a illusion for other to show them I am happy but inside I am broke. I want them back. Among all of them there was a boy who was my first male friend in my college, I miss him the most and basically cry only for him now. Whenever I see him tears comes because he was the closest to my heart but he doesn't take a second to just eliminate me from his life. I though we can be friends for life but he just left me all alone. I don't know what to do. I just can't concentrate anywhere. Due to all this my health has gone down, my eyesight has also weakened, my eyes hurts a lot. I always remember those past day, all those masti, travelling, celebrations. I just want to live in my present and snap out of my past. Does I am going in depression?

You should always remember is that people come into your life for a reason, some for a season and some for a lifetime. If you keep this in mind, you will not worry yourself sick, trying to figure out why a friend suddenly stopped talking to you. Everyone loves being liked and accepted, let’s face it, we thrive on it. But sometimes, you will not have or keep those people in your life, no matter what you do. Sometimes it’s best to let them go. Whenever someone stops talking to you, you should never blame yourself for that person cutting ties with you. Don’t worry yourself sick over something that was out of your control. Learn from the experience and move on. If you have experienced this, which I’m sure everyone has, there are some things you should do to make sure that you don’t get sick over this. These things have worked for me and I’m sure they will work for you. What you should do. 1. Write a letter to the person – Writing a letter is a good way to add closure to the situation. There is no need for you to mail or email the letter. Read the letter out loud and then tear it up and throw it away. Disposing of the letting helps you close that chapter in your life. 2. Keep your mind occupied – Don’t keep asking yourself why, why, why, because you will never know the answer. Read a book, magazine, watch a movie, or a little television to help you with the constant questions to yourself. 3. Meditate – Take a few minutes, sit quietly and meditate or pray. While you are sitting quietly focus on your breathing and think happy and positive thoughts. You will soon stop focusing on the negative and see the positive reasons why your friend stop talking to you. 4. Exercise – Exercising takes your mind off your situation. You are more focused on getting your body in shape and working up a sweat, than sitting around worrying about why a friend dumped you. 5. Talk to other family and friends – Talking to others will help you stop thinking about why a friend suddenly cut ties with you. You will laugh and have a good time, so much so that you will forget about yourself. 6. Take up a hobby – Do you have a hobby? If you love gardening, writing, sewing, cooking, etc. You should focus on learning all you can about your hobby. Working on your hobby will help you forget your worries. All the very best.

I seem to have injured my right knee. I feel very slight pain when I sit cross legged. Ironically there is no pain when I do squats lunges or even when I run walk or climb stairs. The pain sort of feels similar to when one stretches an unprepared muscle.

Hi good evening lybrate-user, if you are having pain sitting cross legged especially on ground it could be because of strain of lateral structures of the knee or could be because of meniscal injury it has to be clinically evaluated and treated accordingly followed by strengthening exercises of knee, thank you.

I am having a back pain severely during nights, and so I am not able to sleep comfortably.

I am having a back pain severely during nights, and so I am not able to sleep comfortably.
Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Tennis Toe - How it Should be Treated?

Tennis toe is also known as runner’s toe since athletes are mostly runners; skiers and tennis players also get this injury often. Due to its ugly appearance, tennis toe is also known as a black toenail. This injury causes bleeding under the toe along with moderate to heavy pain. Although it is not considered to be type 1 serious injury, it can still force an athlete to abstain from participating in any events. The blood from the toenail might take its own sweet time to get out of the way. As a result, the recovery time for this injury can last for weeks together. This, unfortunately, is also an ideal condition for infection to set in.

How does it happen?
This condition may arise because of the friction between the toenail and the running shoes or constant downward pressure on the toe. In case if the shoe is tighter than normal, it can damage the toenail. If on the other hand, the shoe is very loose, it can result in similar condition due to heavy pressure on the nail. Tennis toe can also arise in a situation, if the toe constantly bangs the shoe from inside. Extreme hot weather may also result in toe swelling. Finally, one may encounter tennis toe if a blow is faced on the toe. Irrespective of the cause, the blood clots inside the nail resulting in swelling and pain. Too much damage might result in falling off of the toenail altogether.

Treatment plan:
1. If the tennis toe is minor, the injury resolves all by itself
2. The toenail should be clipped together to ensure that it does not result in any friction with the shoe.
3. During the injury, it is advised that a person wears bigger size shoes with wider toe space so that it does not result in any further irritation.
4. If the toenail is torn, make sure to tap it up so that adequate protection is there from outside forces.
5. In case the injury is serious a doctor might have to intervene and drain the blood with a surgical instrument.
6. Another medical solution is to remove the toenail surgically, drain the blood and tape it up for a good one week until new nail formation takes place.

Precautionary measure:
1. Running shoes should be at least half a size bigger than the normal size.
2. Toenails should be regularly trimmed in order to avoid any injury.
3. If a person has a tendency of sweating too much, it makes sense to wear a pair of socks at all times.
4. While running, shoe laces should be tightened to avoid sudden friction between the toe and the shoe resulting into tennis toe.

Hunch back: stretching exercises for good posture
This stretch vastly helps if you are suffering from a sore neck or back.
Stretch or tilt your head in all four directions (forward, back, left, right). Don't roll in a circle, as it can cause additional strain.
Massage your neck gently.
Get on your hands and knees and bend your back upwards (cat stretch). Do the opposite next.
Repeat a few times daily. This stretch, when done in the morning, helps in relieving the sleep induced muscle lethargy. If done regularly throughout the day, it helps in boosting your energy levels

Exercises to improve your posture
Stay in shape by keeping your entire musculoskeletal system modified to support your posture. For this the following exercise are helpful:

Lie on your back with your feet on the floor and flex your legs to about 90 degrees at the knee.
Pull your belly-button in towards your spine and hold it at the end for 10 seconds.
Repeat eight times daily.
Always keep a proper posture even if it is tiring and other muscles, like the back or butt, are not being used.
Breathe normally when doing this exercise, because you are trying to train your core to maintain this position when doing daily normal activities.
The following exercises can be done with or without hand weights:
Exercise 1:
Keep your head upright and shoulders squared so that the ears are in alignment over the shoulders.
Lift both the arms straight out, palms up and alongside your ears.
Bend the forearms in and backwards, towards the shoulders while trying to touch your shoulder blades with your fingertips.
Repeat 10 times with both arms.
Do alternate ten reps for each arm individually.
Exercise 2:
Keep your head upright and shoulders squared so that the ears are in alignment over the shoulders.
Lift both the arms sideward at shoulder height.
Hold this pose for 10 seconds.
Now slowly bring the arms to the sides while counting till ten.
Again, slowly lift arms back to shoulder height while counting to ten when raising your arms.
Do 10 repetitions while checking your alignment with each rep. You should be able to feel mild tiredness in the shoulder muscles.

you can start high protein or high carbohydrate diet.Early morning you can take any one fruits like pomegranate ,black grapes,banana,etc. you can take panner ,milk or milk products (whole milk,peanuts,cheese,protein ,egg white,cream etc. Don^t take water before meal. For muscle gain you can eat something every three hours. Eat more you can take red meat . Take rest properly 7-8 hours at the night . Take green vegetables daily.

Your hair needs a lot of your attention and care. Wash hair occasionly. Use lukewarm water, not too hot, not too cold. Shampoo hair twice or thrice a week and not more. Use very mild shampoos suitable for dry hair. Massage scalp to improve circulation and hair health. Eat right. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish, milk and milk products. Dry hair naturally and not with blowdryers. Dry hair with towel. Avoid crimping, perming straightening and curling hair devices. Avoid repeated colouring and bleaching of hair. Protect hair from excess sunlight with caps. Exercise regularly. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals.Practice yoga to destres .
