Homoeopathic treatment topi berberis cream (wilmar schwabe india) apply during daytime hepar -sulph -pentarkan (wilmar schwabe india) chew 2 tabs 3 timess daily natrum- mur 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 1 drop direct on tongue daily night aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night cleano face wash (lords) wash face with this face wash before applying creams bloome-203 soap (bioforce) for normal use on face do nd do nots 1. Drink 6-8 glass water daily. 2. Drink 2 glasss milk daily 3. Avoid fast food, junk food, fried food, chocklates, dry fruits, ketchups, cold drinks 4. Take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

Home remedy for leucorrhoea /vaginal discharge

  •     Apply the pulp of a ripe mango to the vaginal area and leave it on for a while, before rinsing it off with water.
  •     Eat one or even two ripe bananas on a daily basis    Drink a glass of fresh cranberry juice, preferably without any sugar, once a day
  •     Soak some coriander seeds in water overnight and drink the water, after straining it, on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
  •     Consume the lady finger vegetable, preferably in the raw form, or lightly steamed
  •     Clean the vaginal area with freshly squeezed lemon juice and water

It's been almost 6 years now that I ruined my face skin cause of my some foolishness steps I even finished my college with my ugly face. Now i'm in very deep depression! help me. I do not know what to do now. I kept my self in a room. Day by day i'm loosing the purpose of life. Feeling so worthless now.

I will suggest you to contact a nearby dermatologist and also a cosmetic surgeon for making your face look normal.
