Hello, we get it if we wear t-shirt/wool or any fabrics that sheds lint. The same lint gets collected in the belly button, specially if you have hair in that area. You can easily remove it. It is not harmful.

Dear lybrateuser, -Don't skip any of your meals, try to take all meals on time to boost your metabolism & supply constant energy to the body -have breakfast consisting of an egg & wholewheat bread or milk with cornflakes or oats, one portion of fruit or upma, poha ,sprouts ,whichever combination suites you -have 2 chapatis, akatori of dal, rice ,a piece of non veg like fish, chicken- -midafternoon have a fruit or salad or butter milk -dinner can have vegetable, chapatti, beans or legumes, paneer, dahi -it is good to eat an early dinner but to keep you full have a glass of milk before bedtime -do have your meals in the afternoon otherwise you may feel lethargic & tired &may not be able to concentrate properly, may also feel sleepy.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. It is possible that he may be suffering from burning skin sensation due to anxiety or stress. This can happen in certain areas or the whole of the body and may or may not be a regular occurance. You need to check if he is on any medication that is causing this reaction . You can also get his blood sugar levels tested.

You should have diet tips. Eat green leafy vegetables more and more. Dont eat fast food, junk food, heavy food, rice , potatoes, dairy products, cold drinks, ice creams etc. Regular walking for an hour in a day. Eat smaller meal. Eat easily digestible food which is less in calory. Manage the stress and anger. 100 steps walking after lunch and dinner. Drink three litres of water in a day. Eating small and frequent meals, 4 litres of water per day and cardio exercises like running Cycling will help reduce weight. Instead of what you weigh on the scale go for a more toned look which you can achieve by exercising 1 hour or more per day. Also increase your protein intake. If you prefer non vegetarian food go for eggs, boiled chicken and fish. If you are a vegetarian then eat ample quantity of sprouts, Dals. Try cutting out added sugar completely.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

To gain weight and strength, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.
