What is a perfect diet plan for a diabetic patent. What things we should avoid to control diabetes.
Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise. Eat every two hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange. Eat proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal. These steps can help reduce sugar levels.

Thanks for the query. Maintaining your routine is the best option. Still if you r awake for studies it's better to have naps in between. Avoid too much coffee in night. Nervousness also leads to giddiness. Better relax and do deep breathing exercises. Have good breakfast in the morning as you will have energy to work. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps you.

Go for workout at least for an hour. Morning walk is very helpful. Cut down cereals from lunch and dinner. Include salads and more vegetables. Avoid empty calorie food like sweets. Refined food like sugar, maida. Some low calorie food supplement can be helpful.

First and most important thing for you to feel confidence within-you seems to be little anxious about facial changes-that is not good for your motivation-pimple are due to hormonal changes so you don; t have to be worried-you can start with alkaline diet-right nutrition - right amount of water intake and 6 set of planed exercise for weight loss, you will feel change in 15 days:)

its very low chance to grow your height at the age of 20 yr if it will grow then very slowly I suggest you some natural remedies 1.flaxseed powder 1tsp with warm water after lunch and dinner 2.lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day

Since 2015 I have been suffering from derealization a special case of depression I took the weight gainer last year and also I took stress as 12 class result was unexpected I consulted to doctor and I had Ecg test which suggested weakness of brain nerves Since than I have taken medicine from 3 different doctors but still I will as if I am in dream. See a qualified and trained psychologist at the earliest. Psychologist is an expert in diagnosis by psychological testing and counselling/psychotherapy i. E. Treatment without medicines. Psychiatrist gives medicines only. Treatment started earlier will control the problem very fast. Get proper diagnosis first followed by right treatment. Please get diagnosis confirmed first then take medicines as advised. It is possible that problem is psychological-then it will not be cured by medicines. You will need psychotherapy.

Dear lybrate user, a single sperm cell takes about 4 months to mature fully before it is being ejaculated. So I would request to continue the following medication for at least 6 months:- 1) add 5 drops of each of homoeopathic selenium 1m + homoeopathic aurum met 1m + homoeopathic zincum met 1m in a glass of water & drink it early morning before brushing your teeth daily. Eat diet that is rich in protein. You can eat boiled grams, pancakes made from soaked and crushed grams. Carbohydrates sugars will increase the blood sugar levels, so consume them less. Take optimum amount of good fat also. Like ghee pufa mufa rich oils, altogether 2 teaspoons a day. Exercise daily that will decrease insulin resistance of body cells.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, quitting alcohol needs a bit of will power. In case you find it difficult to stop alcohol then you should decrease your alcohol intake on regular basis. On first 7 days try to take one peg less everyday than you drink in other days. On the next 7 days try to decrease another peg. Carry on this process. Very soon, depends on your health condition also. You much immunity your body has. Add vitamin-c into your diet, via supplements. Smoking released trillions of free-radicals in your body with will damage more than an alcohol, vitamin-c will work as an anti-oxidant. Best you go with vic supplement. Please No need to do such things For detoxification, take plenty of water daily Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Go for morning walk in greenery daily till good sweating These points will keep you healthy and in optimum weight.

HI lybrate-user, When we are lean, the ratio of muscle percentage remains higher then fat percentage. And muscle needs more energy to maintain themself. If you are doing gym, you should increase your food intake. Specially, prior 1/2 hr to gym take fresh juice or fruit or any carbohydrate source and after 1/2 hour consume protein source like milk shakes, soaked seeds, dry fruits, sprouts, paneer, egg chicken etc.
