My age is 23 . No matter which meal it is and what food it is ! After eating fully to the stomach , I was forced to go for excretion within 30 min . What is my problem? . It's embarrassing when I was in outside of home . There is no such problem , if I took limited food in time . I was physically fit , no health issues .

A) Drink Herbal/green tea (2 glass daily), drink 6-8 glasses of water (not excess), b) Restrict salt intake, Reduce protein intake like meat/fish/chicken/egg, diary product (cheese/milk/yogurt/butter), white bread, white flour, sweet/tea/coffee/ beer/wine. C) Avoid strenuous physical activity/Exercise (Go for light exercise like Yoga, Walking instead of strenuous exercise like running/playing basket ball/foot ball), d) sleep well (7-8) hours daily e) Avoid nephro toxic drugs like Ibuprufen/Ace inhibitor, cyclosporine, f) Control Diabetes/Hypertension, g) Do thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism, h) Avoid potassium containing food like orange, banana, potato, brocoli, spinach, bean, peas dry fruits. I) Take low potassium containing fruits like apple, blue berry, corn, cucumber, J) Avoid excess salt/salty food, excess protein like Red meat/ Diary product. I'm having nasal infection .I hav used spray also bt it didn't heal me completely .still my nose get closed alternately .its nt wet bt it get closed .its been so long more Dan 3 years .and I feel some sticky mucus like thing in my throat. Because of it I cnt speak properly also. Doctor advised me to use but bt it didn't work long. I guess these two r connected to each other .please help me . Thnk you.

Yes you are right this two are connected. From your duration of disease and symptoms it looks like you might be suffering from ch. Rhinosinusitis. If you have already used medications and not improving then we should go for ct scan of nose & pns. So please get it done.

If you are spending your energy in driving and travelling then you have to consume that extra calorie to overcome that.you need proper energy and protein rich diet schedule.with proper diet and exercise schedule you can easily gain weight.

Hi 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. White colur of urine is common.but deep yellowish urine is not.it may happen due to lack of intake of water,,it may be due prolong stasis of urine...it may be due to jaundice also....

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise whenever you get the chance. Avoid late and heavy dinners. Have an early dinner and a small snack for late nights. Avoid overeating or crash diets. Get good sleep.

Hi lybrate user, you have to do some dietary changes and activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water. Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.
