I have multiple complaints as below. I have border line diabetes now. How to prevent myself from this diabetes and what is the food structure I should follow. (i am vegetarian) I have swelling on prostate and I am urinating slowly. Presently I am taking alopathy medicine and it is making me dry orgasm. During sex I couldn't feel satisfied due to this medicine. At the beginning it is making me erectile dysfunction also. I am also having cholestrol (triglyceride) level high. I do have lower back pain for many years due to regular long two wheeler drive. Could you please advise me for the above problems. I am always feeling tried and I couldn't concentrate on my work properly and I am loosing my business just because of the above problems. I am expecting your merciful guidance. Please.

Hye. Thankyou for your query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Just eating a single food item will deprive your body of many crucial nutrients. Also a single food item can never cause weight loss on its own. Even if you do lose weight it's is purely muscle loss because of crashing your diet, the fats are still there. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Dear, For making regular your periods these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .Start these exercise for 3 to 4 minutes daily then increase time slowly . If you are obese loose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarisht or ,syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal.

Apply fresh neem paste on the affected area and let it dry for sometime. Wash your face with oil control face wash thrice a day. Do not oil your hair too much. Do not moisturise your face.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Hi, may be it's in your genes or else you have some kind of stress. Use schwabe's skin care bathing bar. Apply homoeopathic medisynth's witch hazel cream which is very effective against wrinkles. Increase intake of vitamin e like fish, almonds, peanuts, spinach, broccoli, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, papaya, etc. Which helps in alignment of the collagen. Vitamin c is also needed for glowing skin. So, take lemon, amla, oranges, kinu, mausambi, etc. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Don't forget to apply sunscreen with spf- 25 to 30 that too 20-30 minutes before going out. Take 6-9hrs. Of sound sleep. Avoid stress/ tension. Avoid anxiety/ anger. Avoid smoking/ drinking.

You aer a victim of acne vulgaris and it's sequelae like most people your age. It's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks and scar marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasionally. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you. Have fruits with a high vitamin a content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin e and c contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Have adequate amount of water. Include nuts like almond, walnuts. Avoid milk and milk products like butter, cheese as well as refined flour items and sugary drinks. You vil also need to do treatment like peels and lasers.

Use rose herbal face pack (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products. Or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on the face and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Follow it for few days to see the change as it will help you to clear your skin with both blemishes nd pimples and take next advise accordingly.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
