Due to sex, my wife feels her breast became large and heavy, as compared to her normal size. What should she do to get her normal size back?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
The breat size in females changess due to hormonal changes that take place after marriage and Sex and Mental health plays an important part in these hormonal changes. There is no any medicine to reduce the breast size but yess, I will advise you below given exercise which will help in reducing breast sizeBelow I have listed down some best exercises that will help you Reduce breast eventually Pushups Dips Barbell Bench Press Pec Deck Butterflys Using a Pec Deck machine, seat yourself in it accordingly. Perform the exercise by squeezing your forearms and elbows in together so that you virtually touch them together at the peak of the movement. Be sure to really squeeze your pecs at the peak of this movement for a one-count. Return to the start position and repeat. Decline Dumbbell Flyes Position yourself on a decline bench, flat on your back. Have your spotter hand you each dumbbell. When you begin this movement, you want your arms to be stretched out wide to your sides with your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing inward, toward one another. When you lift the dumbbells up together, visualize hugging a giant tree trunk. At the peak of the movement, really squeeze your pecs together for a one-count. Be sure to lower the dumbbells in a slow and controlled fashion. Repeat this movement for as many repetitions as you can until failure. Remember to always use a spotter when performing this and almost every other free weight exercise! With all this you must take care of your diet too – eat healthy and apt food, do not go for crash diet as it may lead to weakness as you have taken up a exercise plan and you need to take some calories to burn them. Big size Breasts although attract a lot of attention- they may cause you embarrassment sometimes too so to avoid physical and mental pain from your big bust you must stick to some given food choices: 1.Fruits – Fruit diet is what is always recommended, a bowl full of fruits that are rich in nutrients and water content should be your first preference. Fruits contain antioxidants that help you reduce weight and remain healthy. This will help you maintain your body fat proportion and thus a natural way to reduce breast fat. 2.Vegetables- Having lot of vegetables is also recommended as like fruits Vegetables are also good source of nutrients and antioxidants that keep you metabolically active. Being active means you will not tend to put on weight and managing weight is the key to your over grown bust. Veggies like Spinach, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower etc. That have no starch are best. 3.Fish- best protein source- For your daily protein source you must rely on fish only this is the lowest calorie protein source. This will help your muscles in getting healthier and toned. Fats are minimal in fish. Fishes like Tuna, trout &salmon are best to use. 4.Nuts- nuts are also source of energy and necessary antioxidants and nutrients which are necessary for a female body to cope up with everything. Best nuts that you must include in your diet are walnut, almond and Brazilian nuts along with macadamia nuts that are neither salted nor coated with sugar. The intake of nuts helps you maintain healthy metabolism again the key to weight management. The food management is an important part. If you have a healthy diet you tend to manage weight and have less body fat which leads to automatic and natural reduction of breast. This regime if combines with exercise works best.

Hi best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. If u are sure of your dates... That's what doctor can't deny.. and what he talks is related to sonography and growth..as some pregnancy can be late conception.. moreover delivery would be around your due date not on the exact date.. What should one do before she gets pregnant to ensure a healthy pregnancy for she and her baby?

MBBS
Doctor, Begusarai
What should one do before she gets pregnant to ensure a healthy pregnancy for she and her baby?
A typical pregnancy is nine months long, but to give your baby a healthy start, think of it as twelve months -- including the three months before you get pregnant. This means that when you start thinking about trying to conceive, you should:

See your doctor for a pre-pregnancy checkup. Don't forget to ask about things like family medical history, risk of birth defects, genetic conditions, and chronic illnesses. Discuss all the medications you take and make sure they're safe during pregnancy.

In addition to eating a healthy diet (lots of leafy greens, lean proteins, and fiber), boost your nutrients with a multivitamin specially formulated for pregnancy -- usually called a prenatal vitamin. It's particularly important to get sufficient folic acid before getting pregnant. This nutrient helps prevent birth defects like spina bifida; because many of these conditions arise very early in pregnancy, you need healthy levels of folic acid right from the start. Look for a multivitamin that contains 400 micrograms of folic acid. Ask your doctor or midwife to recommend a vitamin for you.

If you smoke, quit. Smoking poses a host of risks to a developing baby, including birth defects and low birth weight. It also doubles your risk of having an ectopic pregnancy. You may also find it more difficult to become pregnant in the first place if you smoke, as smoking is strongly linked with infertility in both women and men.

Get checked for hepatitis b and c, sexually transmitted infections, and hiv.

Get any health problems -- like diabetes and high blood pressure -- under control. If you are seriously overweight, talk to your doctor about how to maintain a healthy weight.

Try to focus on positive side of everything.

When I get intimate the first round is good and does not pain but for the second round my intimate area gets totally dry and while doing its like paining tearing. Then to we go for second round. and after that dryness pain in urine and all? What I should do?

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

So, you mean to say, first time, its well lubricative, but not for the second and onwards. Take atleast 60 min time break before intimating each other. When emotions flow, its natural that you may feel but it might not be the case always.

Dear lybrate-user, kindly do not panic. Periods or otherwise termed as menstrual cycle is hormonal in control. Hence, all your mental factors like stress, tension, sadness, excitement, etc can cause disturbances in the same. As a result, there is possibility of delay in periods. Morever, pregnancy test comes positive only if you had sexual intercourse. So, you need not bother about it at the moment. Concentrate on your exams. Remain calm. If problem persists, kindly consult me personally online.
