Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. lybrate-user, It is said a person consumes about 28 kgs of added sugar every year through various foods. This is in addition to sugar consumed through fruits & vegetables. Added sugar is mainly sucrose (white sugar) and fructose corn syrup which is added in foods. Excess intake of sugar is associated with obesity, hypertension and type 2 diabetes. There is nothing like upper limit. Basically it is best to avoid additional sugar totally if one wants to remain fit and healthy. There is no substitute to sugar. The synthetic substitutes also are harmful. Still one wants to consume more of sugar then it is his / her own choice. Thanks.

It is normal for most part of semen coming out. Each ejaculation has millions of sperms and only one needs to meet ovum, so this happens by nature. However Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise.

1.Take more salt. 2.No alcohol 3.Take More fluids 4.Regular exercise and walk for 30 mts if can do comfortably 5.Do not get up suddenly from lying down position- first move your feet and ankle while lying down, then sit up on the edge of the bed for few mts and then stand up slowly 6.Raise head end of bed at night by putting blocks/ bricks 7.No heavy wt lifting 8.Avoid constipation and straining at stool 9.Take small frequent meals may be 5 times a day 10.Take less sugar and rice and potato 11.Rest for 10 mts after eating 12.U can use elastic (compression) bandage on calf and thigh for medicine contact on private chat.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.
