1. Baking Soda Baking soda is an effective treatment for blackheads as well as acne. It helps clear the skin of impurities such as debris and dirt. 1. Mix two teaspoons of baking soda with mineral water to make a paste. 2. Apply the paste generously on the affected skin area and massage gently. Allow it to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. 3. Repeat this remedy once or twice a week. 2. Cinnamon Cinnamon can be used to remove and prevent blackheads • Mix one teaspoon each of cinnamon powder and lemon juice with a pinch of turmeric powder (optional). Spread it on your face, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it off. • Alternatively, mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and honey to form a thick paste. Apply it on the affected area before bed and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your face well with normal water. For best results, follow this remedy daily for about 10 days.

I find this one the hardest! caffeine is a diuretic, which makes you urinate out more liquid than you take in causing dehydration. Dehydration of your body and hair roots is another key reason for hair loss. Replace your daily coffee intake with a fruit beverage, milk or any other non-caffeinated drink to those shiny and healthy hair.

Hii. I am facing a problem on my face which become a redness and darkness. Am using a melalite cream from last since 9 month. So please will you suggest me what should I do remove this darkness.

Hii. I am facing a problem on my face which become a redness and darkness. Am using a melalite cream from last since ...
First you have to stop using melalite cream. It contains mometasome, prolonged use of which can cause thinning of the skin, Rosales like symptoms, acne form eruption, excessive hair growth and more. It also contains hydroquinone which on prolonged use can cause oochronosis which may worsen the darkness and then it ll be very late to remove it, also it is carcinogenic. Use good sunscreen at day time and consult to a dermatologist for the treatment of hyper pigmentation.

Apply it on skin and wash it after 15-20 minutes 3.Lemon can be used directly on pigmented skin and do not rub with nails but apply little NaHCo3 baking soda and rub couple of moments till changes color 4.plus some other antibiotic. Anti-oxidant, sulfa, or Bee honey made creams 5.Along with these remedies, you need to eat healthy nutritious balanced diet free from trash /trans fats/sugars to make your skin glowing, shine and to get rid of pigmentation. To get rid of acne or pimples, you do not need harsh chemicals. Baking soda will do the work easily. The antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties of this kitchen staple helps treat the cause as well as reduce the symptoms of acne and other breakouts. However, excessive use can damage your skin and hair. Also, you should do a patch test to determine whether your skin is sensitive to it.
