If you have pain in stitches and other symptoms I would suggest you to refrain from sex and consult your gynaecologist. There are many homeo medicines those can help you. Lead a healthy life with healthy diet. Learn meditation. It will reduce your stress. Sex is not the solution for your amenorrhoea (lack of menses)

A Surprising Penis Health Issue: Gardnerella Vaginalis

A Surprising Penis Health Issue: Gardnerella Vaginalis

Taking good care of penis health is a worthy and admirable goal, and those that do it should be commended. Of course, there are numerous factors that can potentially have an impact on penis health, so being knowledgeable about all of them is difficult. One of the more surprising conditions that can impact penis health is Gardnerella vaginalis.

About Gardnerella vaginalis

Gardnerella vaginalis (sometimes called G. vaginalis) is a bacterium which can produce a pore-forming toxin known as vaginolysin or bacterial vaginosis. In such situations, a battle is set up between good bacteria and bad bacteria in the vagina, with the bad bacteria ultimately getting the upper hand. It can occur as a result of sexual intercourse, douching, or use of an IUD. It also may occur naturally during pregnancy.

The most common sign associated with Gardnerella vaginalis and subsequent bacterial vaginosis is a distinctly fishy odor, often accompanied by a yellowish or grayish discharge.

As these names and descriptions indicate, this is a condition commonly found in women - so much so that it is almost universally considered a women's disease. So why is it in an article about penis health?

Men too

Men can also contract Gardnerella vaginalis, although the exact incidence of contraction is widely disputed. Some researchers estimate that fewer than 1% of men ever contract Gardnerella; others believe it could affect as many as 38% of men. One of the reasons for the wide variation is that it very often presents without symptoms in men - and therefore many men might have it without ever knowing it or (more importantly) suffering any consequences from it.

However, by the same token, a man might contract Gardnerella without knowing it and have it affect his penis health - but not realize it until the effects have become obvious.

For example, there have been cases in which a man has gone to the doctor because he was experiencing urinary tract problems. This can manifest as a need to urinate much more frequently and with a much greater urgency, which can in some situations lead to an incontinence issue. This is often accompanied by the presence of blood (both red blood cells and white blood cells) in the urine.

In some instances, a lower urinary tract infection due to Gardnefrella has been associated with scarring of the kidney, which can impact that organ's health and functionality. Cystitis, a sometimes painful inflammation of the bladder, is also a possible side effect.

In intact men, Gardnerella and the resulting infection can bring about balanoposthitis. This is a swelling of both the glans and the foreskin. Painful in and of itself, it can also create additional pain if it results in the foreskin being unable to retract when the penis becomes erect.

Serious consequences

There is also the potential for some much more serious complications - although again, these tend to be very rare. Sepsis, an extreme reaction to infection which can destroy tissue and organs, has been reported, as has pulmonary abscess, a deterioration of lung tissue.

Since men are most often asymptomatic for Gardnerella and women are much more likely to exhibit symptoms and know of their status, men who have had sex with a woman with bacterial vaginitis should let their doctor know. He may then want to test a semen sample to determine if the Gardnerella has been passed on to the male partner.

Gardnerella is a rare cause of penis health issues, but a guy should keep his penis in good health for any eventualities. Daily use of a top notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) is a sound idea. The best crème will include vitamin D, the "miracle vitamin" that helps maintain proper health. It should also include vitamin C, which aids with penile skin tone and elasticity.

With a history of prior abortion, we must rule out damage to tubes and uterine lining. Hence do tubal test such as hsg/ hysterolaparoscopy if not yet done and further management should b based on these results

Causes And Treatment Of Infertility!

Causes And Treatment Of Infertility!

The inability to conceive for a prolonged duration after trying to do so is usually termed as infertility. This is usually diagnosed when a couple is unable to conceive even after trying regularly, without any kind of contraceptives. There may be many causes and factors for this and it may occur in either or both partners. So, you all need to know the causes and treatment of infertility.

  1. Age: Age is a major factor that can lead to infertility for either partner. Usually, the trend now is to delay having a baby until a woman is in her thirties or even forties, in some cases. This has an adverse effect, particularly on the age of the maternal egg which may or may not be effective as far as fertilisation goes. With the advancement of age, one loses the guarantee of genetic normalcy of the egg as well.
  2. Disorders in ovulation in females: Ovulation is an essential function that helps in releasing the egg that needs to be fertilised when it comes together with the sperm at the time of ovulation. This usually occurs at a certain time every month. But disorders like PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome can lead to an inability on the part of the ovaries to release these eggs. The treatment for this includes medication that will help in maintaining more regular cycles for the release of eggs.
  3. Male factor causing Infertility: In many cases, it has been seen that anomalies in the semen analysis reveal problems of infertility with males as of low sperm count, low motility of sperm, low quantity of alive and active sperm when it comes to natural conception. In such cases, a sexologist can prescribe you medicines that will increase the semen production for better quantity and quality of the sperm. The doctor can also ask the patient to go through a number of lifestyle changes too includes abstinence from smoking and excessive drinking, as well as the cultivation of a less stressful environment. Hormonal treatment or even surgery may also required to help in some severe cases.
  4. Endometrial polyps: In such cases, the female partner may develop finger like growths that can protrude in the form of tissue and come out of the uterine layer or the uterus. The removal of these polyps with the help of surgical procedures usually helps in such cases.

In many cases where mediation fails, the patients may have to go through IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) or other such procedures to conceive a child with artificial methods. One must explore all options and find out the best one in terms of the infertility causes that the couple may be facing. You will also need to ensure that you have a well trained and experienced sexologist doctor who can help you with the process and guide you completely about the cause of problem and prescribe you best treatment to manage infertility at the right point of time.
