Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians’ suggestion before you start any of these foods. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

In the morning when am going for morning walk after some walk I feel very tired. I feel like I can't walk more then I sit for while then start again.

Drink hot water after meals for easy digestion, it is also good for weight reduction. Include ginger, mint leaves and garlic in your daily food. These are good for easy gas and acidity. Reduce daily intake of coffee and tea. Drink enough water every day to keep you healthy. Avoid eating sweets after the meals and stop drinking water after eating sweets. Include fruits in your morning meal. Fibers and natural supplements help to retain energy and overcome acidity related problems of the stomach. Avoid factors that make stress. Do not forget that stress is a reason for many diseases and controlling stress is enough for curing many diseases. Avoid spicy foods, vinegar, black tea, chocolate etc. These are a reason for gas and acidity. Hi foods that are dense in nutrients and calories help in weight gain. Whole grains, nuts, butter of nuts, potatoes, bananas, beans rich in proteins. Make sure your meals are high on complex carbohydrates and proteins. Milkshakes with fresh fruits will help weight gain. Consider taking protein shakes. A minimum of 500 calories can be increased per day.

I am low on stamina. I get tired very easily, even climbing stairs for 2 floors exhaust me. I face the challenge while running or washing clothes as well. Moreover I get discharged very soon while sex, even before sex. Please advice Regards Javed.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You take abhayaristha syrup 2spoon add 2spoon lukewarm water after lunch end 2spoon after dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad, avoid too oily, ghee prepretion, spacy, fast, junck, food.

Intially you need to configure two things:- your metabolism rate and medical tests to be done (to get assure that there is no medical problem). As per your metabolic rate you can start doing some of exercise. (either passive or active). Take proper meal at 2 hourly interval). Try not to skip your meal. Stress is also a big reason for weight gain. Don't take mych of stress. Take high fiberous food in your diet.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea coffee cola in evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.avoid stress. take balanced diet.
