Hello, I am 28 years only about 5'7'' height and 58 weight.I need to increase my weight for another 5 kgs..I tried going to gym and gained around 2 kg weight, suddenly I was attacked with spondolytis problem due to which I had to stop going gym..could you please guide me how can I increase my weight with more natural habits of food..( have been regularly taking 2 egg whites daily) but can't see any effects..

You should be around 65-69 kgs.U should do exercises once your spondylitis prob is better,but under a trained person.N avoid lifting weights,and bending forward.Follow a proper balanced diet.Take whole eggs instead of egg white.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 6.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach

My cholesterol level are (report on 16 Apr-16 from Dr. Lal path) 1) Serum Cholesterol = 227 2) Triglycerides 166 3) HDL =58 4) LDL =136 5) VLDL =33 6) CHOL/HDL =3.91 7) LDL/HDL =2.34 I am avoiding much oil in food and taking tone milk. Now I have started morning banana shake. My height is 156 cm and weight is 55 kg, age 35. I am thin but cholesterol still increase. Kindly suggest what I have to do. Please suggest me homeopathic medicine which don’t have side effect. I already posted same thing but did not get satisfactory answer.

Hi, You cholesterol level are just a bit above normal. You don't need to worry. You have not mentioned whether you are a Veg or a Non Veg. Anyways ... no need to take any Homeo meds. Take two spoons of flaxseeds everyday. Your health is fine. Nothing to be alarmed about.

Take more fatty foods like ghee, butter,milk, paneer.add more oil in roti, chapati.try weight gaining milk shakes. Take honey mixed with milk in empty stomach.

I am suffering from ringworms since one months, as previously it occurred in Oct 2017 for which allopathic treatment taken which is not cured the ringworms then I used to homeopathy treatment which somewhat cure disease but take much time but in between my neurological problem appears and it's treatment started and I stop the homeopathic treatment of the ringworms, now the ringworm appears in the ringworms, kindly advise me what cream should I use for this without taking any pills.

Weight gain is a slow process it take time. And it need well planned balanced diet along with physical activity and proper rest. You need well plan diet suited to your needs. Mean while here are few tips for you- Start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal. Small meals are easy to digest and keep digestive system running. You can eat small portion of healthy food in difference of 2-3 hours have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self Take sound sleep of 7-8 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight.

Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day. B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.

hello... yes he can use supplements but use it after consulting a doctor or nutritionist..... He can use protein shakes also. its safe and has no side effects. In market many protein powders are avialable. He can take this in milk to build muscles...... High fiber diet is also good..... Banana shake is also good..... Eggs, meat , fish , soya food all are good source of protein. Include them in his daily diet..... These are good for him and are natural......

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest. If you are looking out for proper meal plan and guaranteed weight gain results, click on consult privately.

I have been applying Onabet ointment I the ringworm the infection in my skin between my thighs. But I do not get any relief from the problem. It just works fine if the cream is applied if a day is missed. Again it aggravates.

Hi! Fungal infections are common due to hot humid weather. Wear loose cotton clothes. Keep the body parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. Changing quickly out of wet, sweaty clothes can reduce the chances of fungal skin infections. Do not share clothes, towels etc. Apply clotrimazole cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a nearby dermatologist for further assessment.
