in our daily practise we feel helpless for patients , in whom we see cavities , which if treated at early stage can save their natural teeth in excellent condition ....BUT to our misfortune , people think , unless the tooth pains "SAAB BADIYA HAI DOCTOR TOH AISE HI BOLTEY HAI "

The type of treatment you have for toothache will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem.
• If your toothache is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling.
• If your toothache is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place.
• If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.
• If your toothache can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Halitosis ( bad breath ) is the third most common reason that people seek dental care (after tooth decay and gum disease). The most common cause of bad breath is poor dental hygiene. As bacteria break down particles of food, sulfur compounds are produced that cause odor.Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. Bacteria cause the formation of toxins to form, which irritate the gums. If gum disease continues untreated, it can damage the gums and jawbone

Hi,
you need to do a professional cleaning and a check-up with a dentist to get a exact cause and solution of your problem.
Asked for male, 22 years old from Udaipur
My advice would be to get your checkup done by a dentist for proper treatment.
Meanwhile you can take following precautions to avoid irritation until proper treatment plan is being carried out -
avoid very hot foods and drinks
chew slowly
use a soft toothbrush and practice regular dental hygiene
see your dentist if any dental hardware or teeth may be irritating your mouth
decrease stress
eat a balanced diet
reduce or eliminate food irritants, such as hot, spicy foods
take vitamin supplements, especially b vitamins
drink plenty of water
do not smoke or use tobacco
avoid or limit alcohol consumption
any further queries related to your treatment are always welcome.
