You are suffering with inferiority complex with depressive thoughts. You are injecting your mind. I am useless. If tell others I am useless. They will also express the same feeling. In society no one is not perfect. Everyone has their own problems. But they are not express and do not feel I am useless. If you are not capable on one work then select another work. Based on your work performance your confidence will improve. That may develop to overcome from your feelings. Every one has their own capacity realise and analyse your internal strengths based on that show your performance. Then you will enjoy the real taste of yourself. Feel confident. My grandfather is suffering with diabetes what food is good for him. Give some suggestions.
Mr Bisma, For a person with diabetes a balanced diet is to be given, which should provide exact calories based on his ideal body weight (IBW), blood sugar levels and extent of physical activity. He should avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also should refrain from alcohol and smoking.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Antihypertensive medications ,daily exercises,low salt diet,healthy lifestyle are required for blood pressure control. Diabetes need to be kept under control by medications or insulin as per the type of diabetes.

The key is to eat in moderation at regular intervals, and not to starve yourself. Start your day with a good and healthy breakfast like a cereal and milk combination for e. G oats/ dalia porridge with low fat milk or curd. Between your lunch and breakfast you can have a light mid-morning snack, i. E, a fruit perhaps, and follow this by a balanced meal in moderate quantity for lunch. Have plenty of vegetables which will keep you full and cut down on the amount of rice/ chapatis that you are having. Also cut down on your fat intake and reduce oil in cooking. Avoid fast food, junk food, sugary food and soft drinks. Along with this, do not forget to exercise regularly.
