good morning as you have mentioned your daily program just wanted to know are you doing all these things on a daily basis or you alternate them as cycling with running one day and gyming another day and please tell me are you having enough supplementation such as vitamin calcium proteins after or pre workout I would have suggested you to do back strengthening exercises and stretching exercises prior and post your workout cycling it cell give lot of stress on your back if you are riding for this distance so please distribute your load and start doing stretching exercises or show it to some orthopedician for better evaluation thank you

Hi pain could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's.

I will like to see a few blood investigations which can give a clue to diagnosis of cause for this: cbc, esr, crp, serum uric acid, serum vitamin d & b12 levels, serum electrolytes once you have got these reports done, we will have a clue and maybe initiate a management protocol. I am 25 year old male suffering from backpain I in from of office for long time plzz suggest me some exercises.
Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello Doctors, I have 3 problems right now: 1. Lower back pain: I had a lower back spasm few months back and it was reduced (as told by therapist) but still the pain did not reduce 100 %. I feel pain in my lower back and buttock when I sit for long. I feel muscle tightness on my buttock muscle. When I sit, I feel I am sitting on something on my right buttock. 2. Knee Pain: I had an ligament problem 4 years back and again few months back I did jumping squats and that pain returned. I have mild pain when I stand for long time or walk for long. Sometimes I feel the muscles or ligament at knee are vibrating (One of the doctor said it is due to improper nutrition). Sometimes I feel right leg is taller than left. 3. Ankle & Feet pain: In November I had an ankle sprain and then doctor said to take rest but due to floods in Chennai I could not take proper rest. So I had the ankle pain for many days. Now the ankle pain reduced mostly but I have pain in feet when I stand or walk for more than 10 mins. I had been to physio therapy and doing stretches cum workout as prescribed by doctor. I have consulted 3 doctors and got X-Rays but everything is fine. All these ailments are on the right side. After using allopathic and exercises the pain and discomfort did not cure completely. Now 2 days back I have started homeopathy and continuing exercises. I will be grateful if any doctor could help help what I can do next. Thanks a lot in advance for your time.

Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

You seem to be suffering from cervical spondylosis in which the nerve to your left upper limb get compressed in the neck causing pain to radiate along left upper limb. Get an x ray cervical spine ap and lateral views and following blood tests fasting: calcium, phosphorous and alkaline phosphotase, vitamin d level, uric acid and vitamin b 12 and revert back with reports.

लक्षण
इसके लक्षणों में झुनझुनी, दर्द, गुदगुदी या उंगलियों, हाथों और/या कलाई में “मजाकिया एहसास” आदि हैं। अन्य निश्चित विशिष्ट लक्षणों में हैं:

  • हाथ के तल और उंगलियों में जलन, झुनझुनी या खुजलीयुक्त गुदगुदी, खासकर अंगूठे, तर्जनी और मध्यमा उंगली में।
  • थोड़ी या बिना दिखाई देने वाली सूजन के साथ उंगलियों का निष्क्रिय और फूला हुआ प्रतीत होना।
  • पकड़ की क्षमता में कमी और छोटी वस्तुओं को पकड़ पाने में असमर्थता।
  • स्पर्श करने पर गर्म और ठन्डे के बीच अंतर कर पाने में असमर्थता।
  • पिन और सुइयाँ।
  • कलाई और हाथ में दर्द।
  • त्वचा की शुष्कता।
  • कमजोर

कारण
इसकी उत्पत्ति के कारणों में कलाई को लगने वाली चोट या आघात जो सूजन, जैसे मोच या फ्रैक्चर उत्पन्न करते हैं; पीयूष ग्रंथि की अतिसक्रियता; थाइरोइड ग्रंथि का कम सक्रिय होना; रह्युमेटोइड आर्थराइटिस; कलाई के जोड़ में यांत्रिक समस्या; कार्य का तनाव; हाथ से कम्पन करने वाले औजारों का बार-बार प्रयोग; गर्भावस्था या रजोनिवृत्ति के दौरान तरल पदार्थ का बना रह जाना; या सुरंगनुमा मार्ग में थैलीनुमा रचना या गांठ का उत्पन्न हो जाना आते हैं। कुछ मामलों में कोई भी कारण पहचाना नहीं जा सकता।

रोकथाम (बचाव):

  • रोग का शीघ्र निर्धारण और चिकित्सा।
  • भारी वस्तुएँ ना उठाएँ।
  • कार्य के दौरान विराम लें।
  • जीवन शैली में सुधार।
  • अपनी कलाइयों को बार-बार फैलाना और समेटना ना करें।
  • ध्यान देने की बातें
  • अनजाने एहसास और दर्द का भुजा से होकर कंधे की तरफ जाना।
  • शुष्क त्वचा, सूजन या हाथ की त्वचा के रंग में बदलाव।

डॉक्टर को कब दिखाएँ:

  • अपने डॉक्टर से संपर्क कब करें
  • यदि आपको सीटीएस के लक्षण लगातार बने हुए हैं जो आपकी दैनिक गतिविधियों में बाधा डाल रहे हैं, जैसे:
  • झुनझुनी और गुदगुदी का एहसास।
  • पिन और सुइयाँ चुभना।
  • कलाई और हाथ में दर्द।
  • त्वचा का शुष्क होना

Sir, I am having pain in my back since a year, I went to doctor he took a xray and told that your discs are damaged. He gave me medicine but that didi not suited me. I felt fever after having them. Then I went to ayurvedic doctor. He also gave medicine. I had them for three consecutive months. It relieved pain. But I still feel pain when I ride bike or run fast or play rigrous games. I used to gym. But after back pain I have never done it. What should I do I am 18 years old.

Hello , all medicines will help you relieve the pain, but not the causative factor. Only physiotherapy will help you gain proper and correct posture and reverse the damage done to your spine. So I would suggest you to consult a good physio in town. Regards.

Hi dear. So many diseases like inflammatory arthritis, increased uric acid and some time viral infection also lead to joints pain. To rule out the cause of your pain, you need to get tests like uric acid, esr and ra factors checked done.
