Teeth pain can be due to decay, gum infection or sensitivity. Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause. Decay can be removed n the cavity can be filled with cement with or without rct. Gum infection can be treated by doing scaling and polishing n maintaining the same through proper oral hygiene habits. For sensitivity, use desensitizing toothpaste twice daily.

I am getting over weight day by day especially  i am troubled with my belly fat. What should I do?
Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

I weighted 90 kg. Now I have reduced it to 79.5 kg in period of 7 Months. Can you please help how lose more weight on quick time as per bmi I need to have 75 kg. He is suffering from psoriasis since three years and also consulted several doctors but has no us, while using medicine there is a temporary relief but when he stopped the medicine it again starting and spreading. Is there a permanent cure for it or only a temporary relief.

Hello, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Psoriasis is a manageable disease, generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Red meat, alcohol n stress should be avoided in psoriasis.

I am suffering from in growing nail on left foot thumb for last 1 month. I have gone through diabetes tests and it seems (182 mg/dl). WHEN I go to MD physician he recommend me to further test for sugar ppbs after 2 hours of take full snacks or lunch. I have take in snacks 2 boul shira ,1boul milk ,1 cup tea and 2 khakhra and mung all items are not sugar free and test after two hours take snacks than test report is (296 mg/dl) and in urine (three) medicine prescribed by md physician GEMER1 after see this report but I am not satisfied this report so after sum day I go another lab and checkup my sugar level after take normal full lunch (not sugar free) report is (192 mg/dl) and trace sugar in urine not any. I feel side effect after take gemer1 like very low blood presser ,chakkar week ness ETC. I have gone for urine much time in night. And I have hungry after take lunch or dinner also. What can I do?

Mr. lybrate-user, You are having diabetes. If it is not well controlled then you are bound to feel weak, tired, dizzy etc. Plus there will be excess urination and hunger will also be more. The symptoms you are mentioning are not because of tablet being taken to treat sugar, but because of uncontrolled diabetes. So please take proper treatment and bring fasting glucose closer to 100 mg and PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <68. Then you will feel better. Thanks.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Proteins are not stored by your body. Just adding extra proteins will not help. You must have a diet also good in carbs, fats etc. Proteins will be utilised well only when the body has a good amount of carbs and fats. Smoking and drinking has no health benefits. Also taking supplements will not nulify their harmful effects. So, any supplement is recommended only if your body is insufficient or deficient in that nutrient.

I am facing a problem of finger shivering. My hands shake a lot. My fingers do shiver while holding a cup of tea or while doing some task. This problem of mine is also making me in depression. My hands shake a lot. I do smoke and I have also been taking canabbies before but have stopped them permanently. I want to know that why do my finger shiver and what is the solution for it. Hi Mr. lybrate-user, This may be because of drug abuse side effects. Better take an master health check up and treat accordingly. If it's normal, then it may be anxiety disorder features. Get treated for that. Eat protein rich food.

Low hb causes are several, one has to undergo detailed clinical evaluation and lab tests have to be done to know the exact cause of low hemoglobin. Eratic tt should not be taken as it can more harm to than you getting better. Consult clinical hematologist.
